Already commented this but there's more of a chance of it being seen if I put it here.
That rock killed Rupert, we're even shown his death certificate.
Secondly, it is to be assumed that the wall is not a government organisation for a number of reasons, therefore meaning any crimes committed by Henry against it and it's employees are void as they have essentially kidnapped him, this also goes for the toppat clan as they are a criminal organisation which has been raided by the government an unknown amount of times, although a case could be made for the things stolen from the toppats as they likely belonged to someone previously but for most of them Henry would have no idea of the rightful owner and so wouldn't be able to return it.

Just wanna point out a few things: 1. it's heavily implied that Henrys imprisonment at the wall was unlawful and performed by a foreign organization, because Henry gets sent there regardless of whether or not he received a pardon in infiltrating the airship and if he did and he goes on the international rescue operative route, Charles has to help him break out instead of just requesting his release, so most crimes in fleeing the complex shouldn't count. 2. Fails where henry died committing a crime shouldn't count because we usually don't charge corpses because they're, yknow, dead. Fails where he committed a crime but survived though should 100% still count.

But I decided to treat them with real world physics, which meant all of the presumed deaths.... count as real deaths! He died a total of 10 times, & the Henry we see at the end of the video.... is the 11th Henry Stickmin! Yes, I decided to give him the Doctor Who treatment. But unlike Doctor Who, his reincarnation cycle is unlimited! As for how many life sentences, would he have leftover? Mousait made some mistakes in the tally, & no I didn't bother correcting it. I just counted how many life sentences, starting from when he got the 1st one. Then comparing them to his deaths, since the 1st post-life sentence death. That would mean he would have 8 Life Sentences leftover!!

Objection; only the crimes committed on a timeline that succeeds counts. All others lead to situations that result in likely death or other forms of guaranteed inability to keep the monitored timeline going.
As such, Henry could be liable of the following potential combinations of charges, with each potential unique set of charges listed individually per route, and only counting the ones that you ennumerated charges for:
    1st game:
5 years (Attempted bank robbery) (bag option)
    2nd game:

+life, +25 years (GL, M(2nd Degree)) (Unseen Burglar route)
+29.5 years (Battery, GL, AAO, Resisting Arrest) (Intruder On A Scooter route)
    4th game:
+Pardoned (government sponsored action that Henry was pressed into service for, so everything's on them and not him) (Government-Sponsored Private Investigator and Relentless Bounty Hunter routes)
+20 years (Espionage (he joined the Toppats when pressed into service to take them down!)) (Rapidly Promoted Executive route)
+25 years (Grand Larceny), forgiven due to general's comments of "let him go" implying a possible pardon but let's assume not (meaning actually +Nothing) (Pure-Blooded Thief route)
5th game: The only time charges could stick in this game is if Henry did not receive a pardon in the 4th game. All actions taken will be considered to fall under the same laws, though.
+Nothing (The Wall is a blacksite of another country entirely and Henry was escaping an unlawful imprisonment. All charges would be thrown out due to an illegal imprisonment.) (Any situation preceded by GSPI, RBH, or PBT)
+life, +12 years (ELC, M(2nd degree), Reckless Driving, Falsified ID Documents) (Presumed Dead route)
+15 years (ELC) (Ghost Inmate route)
    +life x3, +17 years (ELC, AAO, M(1st Degree)x3) (Convict Allies route)
+52 years, +$12,400 fine (ELC, PD, Accidental Manslaughter) (The Betrayed route)
6th game: All actions undertaken as a government agent or on positive relations with the government that result in the apprehension of the toppats will be considered as such and passed on to military as actions in the line of duty. All situations where Henry did Presumed Dead while pardons are in effect will be considered to be him seeking asylum and thus using witness protection papers for a new ID after crossing the border.
+ Nothing or even Pardoned (Any situation that has GSPI, RBH, or IRO in the backstory or that helps the Government take down the Toppats, meaning Cleaned 'em Out (can't take off if you got nothing to use, meaning grounded until arrival of government), Triple Threat (government action), Valiant Hero (government action), Special BROvert Ops (government action), Free Man (incapacitated station for easier apprehension by government due to no power meaning no defenses meaning easy boarding), Capital Gains (no wealth means no takeoff), Little Nest Egg (no wealth means no takeoff), Master Bounty Hunter (directly observe the arrest of the Toppats), Pardoned Pals (directly observe the pardon).)
+life, +25 years, +$1,200 fine (Tresspassing, GL, M(2nd Degree)), +Pardoned (Single-handedly taking down Toppat clan for Government in self-defense by reflecting "Supreme Dominance" laser) (Jewel Baron)
    +life (M(2nd Degree)) (Toppat Recruits)
+equivalent of life x1000+, +50 years, +$4B fine (Mass kidnapping, Supreme Larceny, Mass Grand Larceny), +Pardoned (Stickmin Space Resort) (Stranded ground-side Toppats on ground for easy arrest, and ensured remaining toppats stayed out of trouble. Easy win-win for Henry and the Government.)
    +life x10 (M(1st Degree x4, 2nd Degree x6) (Toppat King)
+Posthumous Pardon (The Revenged) (Can't exactly try him for crimes if he died, and we see Henry expire on-camera in this one. He also took out the toppats, so there's that.)
+20 years (Espionage) (Toppat 4 Life)
+Nothing (He didn't actually DO anything aside from split the Toppats in two by opposing Ellie) (Toppat Civil Warfare)
As a result, the following results are possible:
SSR, JB, PP, MBH, LNE, CG, FM, SBO, VH, TT, CeO: Pardoned.
T4L, TK, TopRec: Scot-free by Toppat Station being a haven but life in prison and confiscation of all assets if ever caught.
The Revenged: Scot-free by death, and pardoned posthumously.
TCW: Anywhere from a minimum of just 60 years and 6 months to a maximum of life plus 84 years. Possibly with a $14,000 fine depending on how he got himself out of West Mesa Penitentiary.

11:48 I counted it as self-defending because the people from The Walls are planning to capture Henry and Ellie back to The Wall and freeze them. Can't forget to mention, they did not just planning to "freeze" them. What I mean by that is making them trap in an ice and Henry and Ellie will be paralyzed or you can call this in a another way as stuck in there forever(with no food and stuff, they have no mercy that Henry and Ellie won't even have a chance to see daylight again) which probably is counted as killing. If you choose the Toppats, when he say that he is going to "ruin" Henry. He was going to kill Henry. After the Rocket launched, he realized that all he came for was ruined but the only choice he has is to kill Henry right away. Henry wouldn't want that to happen and so Henry just fight and drop him off the rocket while showing awareness. Overall, counted as Self-defense.
Also, he was pardoned more times than not in Completing The Mission.
    Endings that he was pardoned:
    Valient Hero
    Triple Threat
Special BROvert Ops(Henry also becomes one of the government too)
    Pardoned Pals
    Master Bounty Hunter
Revenged(Henry destroyed the rocket so of the government find out that Henry did this, he might probably get a pardon)
Jewel Baron(Again, Henry accidentally helped the government so he might get a chance for a pardon)
Freeman(This one a 50/50 because he might not exactly get a pardon but he kind of helped the government to get to their rocket and stop then easier)

    Two things:
The Wall is not a legal prison, nor are its staff legal police officers. We know this because in Fleeing the Complex you can call the government to help you escape, and in Completing the Mission there's a scene where Wall staff and government soldiers fight against each other as enemies. As such, Henry Stickmin should be treated as if he was illegally kidnapped, not as if he was in legal custody.
Furthermore, you also charged Henry Stickmin with crimes for actions he performed on behalf of the government in Completing the Mission. Shooting people is a crime, but shooting people the government ordered you to shoot in a battle isn't. In fact, he probably would have been charged with crimes (namely, insubordination) if he didn't do those things.

So that final score is of course assuming all timelines happened. Wanna see what what each final endings crimes would be? I was crazy enough to find out! This didn't take as long as I thought but it still took pretty long so hope you enjoy.
First, because the final endings only have two others tied to them, the endings from Escaping the Prison and Stealing the Diamond are up in the air. Technically any of the following are a possible extension to add onto the final list, so take your pick I suppose, unless he is pardoned by the government, which will be labeled as "pardon for pre-airship" (these are calculated by adding each permutation of every ending from both of the previous games, as well as plus 5 years from Breaking the Bank, as that happens in every timeline, unless it includes the Lawyered Up ending, where he is not charged for the crime.)
    25.5 years (LU + JPE)
    life + 25 years (LU + UB)
    29.5 years (LU + IoaS)
    49.5 years (SE + JPE)
    life + 49 years (SE + UB)
    53.5 years (SE + IoaS)
    45.5 years + $10,000 (BaBO + JPG)
    life + 45 years + $10,000 (BaBO + UB)
    49.5 + $10,000 (BaBO + IoaS)
Okay, now into the actual meat of this. Here's every ending from Completing the Mission with their associated sentences. This includes the events of Completing the Mission as well as the associated endings from Infiltrating the Airship and Fleeing the Complex. (Couple more things of note, any endings that are associated with the government will contain no charges, as he is working with the government at that point. If he acts of his own will though, he will be charged, but any previous pardons he has will still be in effect. I also factored in a few things that weren't mentioned in the video, like a few missed assaults or murders, breaking out of prison in every ending, or for destroying the train in Capital Gains.)
    Toppat King: 3 life + 39 years
Free Man: 15 years + pardon for pre-airship
    Special Brovert Ops: no charges
    Triple Threat: no charges
    Stickmin Space Resort: life + 134 years + $4,000,000,000

    Capital Gains: 7 life + 48 years + $4,000,000 + pardon for pre-airship

That's a maximum for only the non-government timeline. However in the government timeline of the games anything he did in Fleeing the complex is him escaping UNLAWFUL custody. So really most of that doesn't count at all. Besides that going with the government again means whatever small stuff he did do fleeing that complex is cleared again. So in the government timeline he has no crimes to his name.

Henry Stickmin is a fictional character from the popular online game series "Henry Stickmin Collection" created by PuffballsUnited. In the games, Henry Stickmin is often portrayed as a bumbling and somewhat inept criminal who frequently finds himself in comical and absurd situations. The game's humor is centered around the various choices players make, leading to different outcomes, including success or failure.
If Henry Stickmin were to be charged for his crimes within the context of the game, it would largely depend on the specific crimes he committed in each of the game's scenarios. Some of the crimes and activities Henry is involved in throughout the series include bank heists, jailbreak attempts, and espionage.
However, it's important to remember that the game is meant to be humorous and light-hearted, and the consequences for Henry's actions are exaggerated for comedic effect. In most cases, Henry's actions lead to comical outcomes rather than serious legal repercussions. The game doesn't delve deeply into the legal system or explore the idea of Henry facing actual criminal charges.
Ultimately, the way the legal system would handle Henry Stickmin's crimes would depend on the fictional universe of the game. In the game's universe, the focus is on humor and entertainment rather than realism, so it's unlikely that the character would be subject to realistic legal consequences. Instead, players are encouraged to explore different choices and enjoy the game's humorous and often absurd scenarios.

To be fair, if he got pardoned and doesn’t do the Tophat route, or commit crimes after, they don’t have a right to do that, it all depends on what happened.

In the “Free Man” ending in Completing the Mission, one of the fails Henry accidentally fires a satellite laser at the Earth instead of the Tophat station in orbit.
Edit: In one of the fails of the “Revenged” ending, Henry’s Spirit, Reference, punches the Right Hand Man into an alternative timeline.
2nd Edit: I just realized that this is the longest video on the channel (as of 9-15-2023).
3rd Edit: Puffballs United, the creator of the Henry Stickmin Series, said in an interview that The Wall isn’t run by any government & they detain people there even if they were pardoned. Which means that most of Henry Stickmin’s “Crimes” in ‘Fleeing the Complex’ are him trying to escape his kidnappers if Henry got the pardon in “Infiltrating the Airship”.

It's kind of difficult to properly charge Henry for his crimes because of the different routes you can go down. Felt a bit unfair to charge him for crimes on different timelines. I would've stuck with one route since after Stealing The Diamond is when routes start to be more consistent. Also I'm pretty sure Henry was unlawfully imprisoned at The Wall. But once again that could be depending on which route you took previously.

Nah but according to the CCC's timeline anomaly thing, all timelines happen.

  • @Amadmaniac1
    @Amadmaniac1 8 месяцев назад +53

While I like that you tackled the Henry Stickmin character, I feel like each timeline should have their own individual sentencing and the sentencing was based on his successes rather than his failures. In Escaping the Prison, he escapes one of three ways, the first and the shortest is the lawyer, the middle one is the sneak onto the roof, and the last and longest one is the badass ending where he walks out after unintentionally disarming the cops in a Mexican standoff. In Stealing the Diamond, he obtains via Looting on his scooter, sneaking past the guards and killing one, or just grabbing it after it fell at his feet when running from a chaotic situation. In Infiltrating the Airship, there are four endings but two of them lead to the same goal so I'll count them as one, the first is just stealing the ruby and crashing the ship only to get away as a fugitive, the second is grabbing the leader of the Toppat Clan (or some incriminating documents) in exchange for a pardon, the third and final ending is taking the leaders offer to run the Clan. With the pardon, that would make his status in Fleeing the Complex as a victim of unlawful inprisonment, so his escape might have room for leniency. And as for Completing the Mission, I think that game deserves a video of its own.

Thing’s enormous, and has enough room and supplies to become a full on resort for Henry. So I’d say the cost is well within the ballpark of the 75 Billion the ISS reportedly costs. Probably even more given the fact that people are able to live comfortably on there, which cannot be said of the ISS.
