i like how doof was charged almost 600 years just for the traps for perry alone.
This video only covers season one. It'd be over a thousand for all four.
Good lord, the crimes committed over all the seasons... that'd be a lot of charges
If he set up a trap shop then he would be rich by now
You could argue that Perry was illegally entering his property as ordered to by O.W.C.A without a proper warrant
So this could be his way of enforcing the castle doctrine as far as I'm aware
watching this made me realize that the show writers most definitely used doof as an outlet to vent about minor frustrations they deal with in day to day life

I can’t get over the fact, that, Walter White, with all of his cruel acts he’s inflicted on others, never would’ve received a death sentence, meanwhile Dr.Doofenshmirtz has been charged with capital punishment.

@@binterwinterboyii1095 He planed on going to a land of opportunity sadly he ended up in America.
It's also funny to me how his sentence is way worse than both Deadpool, a mercenary, and William Afton, A SERIAL CHILD MURDERER
Technically he never really directly killed someone who didn’t threaten his life or his family so it makes some sense.
Capital punishment is only for first degree murder in truly heinous cases, a lot of Walt’s actions can be lightened if given whole context.
The worst crime I can see him get charged for legally is the sentence for assasinating those prisoners for potentially ratting him out in Season 5. That was the only case where he took lives where his life wasn’t in any real harm other then getting arrested.
Also tbf destroying “everyone who cannot make up their mind” is more absurdly evil than anything Walt has ever done in the show, lol.
I love how Doof has way more charges than most actually evil villains, simply because he’s in a TV show.
And he wasn’t as evil as any of them

Technically, we don't know if Perry had warrants to enter Doof's lairs and staging grounds, so technically Doof can get away with it by saying the traps were non-lethal self-defense and that Perry was trespassing. Everything else is up for grabs.
Except the morning talk show hosts, but that can be given a pass. Even the live studio audience was down for the idea lol
or that his landlord wasnt properly taking care of pests
He does break down the door more than he doesn’t, so traps are fair. Which knocks like 300 years off the sentence.
Plus, Perry is an animal. He is a platypus. Animal abuse instead of the attempted first degree murders for perry?
By law, setting up deadly traps for potential intruders is still punishable as an offense.

@@tommybakes5972 Actually the agency is not confirmed to be legal and moreover is top secret, meaning the government would not charge doof for imprisonment since that implies the animal somehow got a legal warrant from them
Also also
Has it been considered that for a majority of these crimes, doof was not charged? The agency just cares about stopping them, because as shown in the movie they want to keep him free and inventing to then steal his ideas and inventions for agency usage, thus there is a high chance that since for MOST of his crimes only Perry and the agency would know Doof did it, no one actually charged him or exposed him to the public as being the one responsible.

And that’s why Doof is one of the best Disney villains!
Technically, his treatment of Perry would also net him several dozen animal cruelty charges
along with animal abuse for the mind controled pigeons
And would negate most of his attempted murder charges.
The second degree murder charge against him can't apply because there isn't a single nation that has jurisdiction over what happens in space.
@petelee2477 eh, it's more complicated than that. The treaties that govern space conduct, are in many ways similar to the high seas which are also not under the authority of ant gov't entity. The short answer is that the person committing a crime in space would generally be prosecuted by the country of their citizenship.
@@SuperBossGiovanni so potentially if the crime happened 1billions light-years from earth the crime could somehow still get prosecuted as though it happened in say America for example.
If not exactly how far into space does the governments' jurisdiction reach to?
@petelee2477 I'm not sure length matters, you're example is a little far on the extreme end, however. No one on earth could physically go that far. The farthest we could theoretically go from earth would be a number of light-years equal to a person's life span, and even that's only if we have light speed travel.
Obviously, it's more complicated than what I laid out, but as a general rule of thumb, most likely to be prosecuted by county of origin, similar to oceanic crimes
Shouldn't Dr. Doofenshmirtz be charged for animal cruelty too? He did a lot of heinous things to Perry.
It's not animal cruelty due to Perry being a secret agent.
I can see that for the other animals but perry is smarter than the average person so I really don't think animal cruelty should carry the same effect for him since he is aware of what is going on and able to defend himself in a ton of situations
Not only that, but everyone on LOVEMUFFIN would get the same result because they fight an organization of crime fighting animals with fedoras as arch-nemesis.
Like... what? 🤨
I think Mousait considered Perry to be a human in the eyes of the court, as it was first degree or second degree attempted murder when he tried to kill Perry and not animal cruelty.

Fun fact: It's illegal to own a crocodile without an exotic pet license, and even if you get one, the proper pen for a crocodile needs a length at least twice the crocodile's length, and a width at least equal to the crocodile's length, that contains both land and water. Meaning that even if Doof had a license for those crocs, he's still penning them illegally.

The false imprisonment charges might not be valid, considering it's mostly him capturing what a judge would assume is a unclaimed animal or pet. I only saw Candice being a valid charge. You're gonna have a fun time pinning him for all of his vandalisms, thefts, and other considering his machines make things disappear and the only one to see it generally is Perry the Platypus.
Edit: Also animal cruelty for those instances as well.
No, those charges are completely valid, because in addition to being an animal that Doofenshmirtz planned to kill after imprisoning, Perry is a secret agent who was sent to Doof’s lair under express orders to stop a crime that his superior briefed him on, so not only did Heinz capture a government official in the execution of his duty, Agent P isn’t even the only one who knows about Doof’s crimes, meaning he can very well be held accountable for them. It’s almost like it doesn’t matter what’s the “only” thing that you see as “a valid charge,” because you’ve completely ignored the circumstances of why Perry was sent after Heinz. In other words, he’s “gonna have a fun time” my foot.
@@imfsresidentotaku9699 Perry is not a recognised public agent, and the agency itself is top secret. This means that even if, dare say. Perry is considered a sentient agent with rights and protection, the government would refuse to charge Doof for it as that would blow Perry's cover and break the secret of the Agency's existence, at which point it would become useless as its entire strength relies on the two things you've just made useless
1. Animals being able to covertly move, spy and attack threats. Now that the agency is uncovered and a known quantity, everyone will know not to trust animals to be simple, dumb animals
2. Doof inventing things they can then steal and or copy from him once Perry stops his latest attempt at Tri-State conquering.
You tell this person that he ignored the circumstances of why perry is after Doof, but you yourself ignored the circumstance of why the agency never captures Doof or, indeed, charges him for his crimes.
And without Agent P and the agency to back you up with their surveillance and evidence, most of the evidence if not all of it is, like the other guy said, covered up well enough that few if any people could trace the crimes to Doof.
@@imfsresidentotaku9699
Agent? Yes. Government agent? Not to my knowledge.
As far as I'm aware OWCA is NEVER established to be a government organisation.
Even then the Candace one was when she swapped bodies with Perry, so technically it was still a platypus. In addition the one with the robots was in another dimension which I don’t think can legally be held against him, and they also erase everyone’s memories at the end of the movie so anything from Across the 2nd Dimension is essentially not canon.
@@imfsresidentotaku9699 Has it been considered that for a majority of these crimes, doof was not charged? Moreover, since the agency is never shown to be legal or recognised by the government, there is a big chance that much like CIA assets overseas, no one would claim Perry is an operative since that would both reveal the agency's main method and sole purpose for existing as well as get them in trouble with the civil authority since they have conscripted a pet and constructed tons of secret entrances and shit on the property of a civilian surburban family. Even if sentient to a much larger extend, Perry will still be property under law as the universe in P&F does not show to have additional or changed rules regarding pets given almost everyone still perceives them as normal, dumb animals, so the government would NEVER claim him
The MOST that Doof could be charged for in this case is the killing of someone else's legal pet, yet even then one can argue self defense as it escaped their owner's property, broke into his house and attempted to harm him.

I have a couple questions
One: Do the sentences stay the same if we consider that Perry the Platypus knew that he was going to be trapped and willingly kept showing up every day? Edit: I saw another commenter mention that Perry was technically trespassing, so that too
Two: Wouldn't the charges be difference since he largely failed at all his plans (including the murders)? Shouldn't he just be charged for attempted murder there too?
Edit 2: I see in the end he did only get charged for attempted murder, but wasn't that first death sentence for the mass murder of all the people that couldn't make up their minds (which he failed at)?
One: Perry is not "technically trespassing." He's a secret agent acting upon orders to break into Doof's lair and stop a crime, so trapping him is a serious offense.
Two: Attempting to commit a crime still results in a charge, so it doesn't matter if Doof's plans failed. He still had the intention of carrying out his schemes and took steps to do so.

To my knowledge OWCA is never established to be a government agency, so we have no reason to think they actually have any legal grounds to break in.
(Also on that note OWCA let's do of continue working so they can steal his designs so...that's probably also very illegal)
most of the trapping he does against perry the platypus is probably not illegal, considering he lives in the USA, which has home defence laws strongly favouring the homeowner.
he could easily claim that perry the platypus had broken into his house, and when he trapped him he was simply defending his propety
Since OWCA is a governmental agency I assume Perry is allowed to break into his home to stop him
Given he's mentioned Perry destroying his doors was something he had to pay for (notably, because Perry stopped doing it after that) and it's unlikely Perry has a warrant, that does seem likely.
It would still be illegal, but it would be because of boobytrapping, NOT kidnapping. . . We need Perry the Platypus's Crimes counted now though for sure.
@@frickmister1 im pretty sure that's still legal at least in some states
Perry the platypus is most likely a secret law enforcement agent, so his actions are probably sanctioned by the elites of his organization that work with the government. The fact this is only season 1. And he already was senteced to jail for 600+ years due to traps alone. Really probably says something about his record.
Also keep in mind, there's that one episode. Where doof had multiple traps set to capture perry.
The one when Perry entered from the back?
The one where Candace restarts the day??
Oh no. Oooooooh noooooooo…
with the ether 3 sesons i thank he wood bet magmind
Your honor! You can’t hold him liable, he’s just a silly fella!
Do Part 2 please! I'm subscribed!
Even all of his crimes, the one thing that he never fails to do is to be there for his daughter even if its utterly embarrassing for him and his daughter, but he never failed to be a father.
Never occurred to me that Doofenshmirtz never actually ended up in jail
He did in one episode.
because legally, doofenshmirtz is a cheetah.
He’s doing community service
The 2nd dimension one did
@@Sans_The_Skeleton
Ocelot actually, but yeah he was abandoned and ended up being raised by Ocelot meaning he is legally an Ocelot.
3:35 If feel like we are missing a crime here; I highly doubt that street is up to food safety standards.
What software do you use to make these videos?
7:53 Bro was just trying to run a hustle and got hit with the death penalty
Doof brand hot cho- DOMESTIC TERRORISM
If hustles warrant death penalties then a lot of CEOs of big corporations would be dead.
I love that doof has gotten more domestic terrorism charges than any other villains charges combined
Minor issue: Perry is
1. An animal
2. Breaking and entering (as despite being a government agent never presents a warrant)
Meaning his charges would be animal abuse at best. In addition most of his traps are manual meaning they are legal (as booby trapping is usually a crime since you can't control who it affects)
Haven't enjoyed a video like this in ages
I never thought he would get a bigger sentence than walter white
To be fair, Walter committed a lot of murders, drug dealing, bombings, etc... but also doof has committed way more crimes on a way bigger scale.
Incel Homelander vs Virgin Walmart Wait vs CHAD Dr Doofenshmirtz
At 4:36 you gave him 2 life sentences. In the segment, you decreased it by 1. Then you started counting up from there. In total he should have 12 life sentences by the end, not 11.
I wasn’t the only one who noticed!
I found out too. 12 life sentences is what he’s facing.
Not like it even matters, since you only ever get one lifetime.
@@gavindinsmoor8196 technically, everyone gets at least two Lifetimes - regular, and a movie network ("Lifetime - television for women who enjoy watching other women get abused physically, psychologically, and portentiously...")...
I think a life sentence is overkill for just killing a few trees so he dropped that one. Also he didn’t actually do the bit where he killed the talk show host, he just planned to kill them all (so he should’ve gotten another death penalty as he was planning on killing dozens of people at once)
i hope you know this video inspired me to see what crimes phineas and ferb themselves have committed. my little brother and i are watching the entire series. we’re on episode 8 and already have a very long list!
I think I know what Mousait does when he charges villains. He does the following:
Movies: Couple of cases
TV series: Individual person
Video Games: Individual with extra murder charges
I never thought about it until now, but most of his crimes were just a bunch of property destruction and theft + the numerous amounts of false imprisonment and first degree attempts along with that.
'Sigh' Such a hit of nostalgia watching a childhood favorite once again.
Also, yes to making a part two! Let us see the more numerous instances of the above listed crimes that are most likely in the near future!!!
2:39 he didn’t actually do that. He was just talking about what he wanted to do.
Edit: there were also a few others where he just talked about his plan without carrying them out due to being thwarted by Perry.
Ye so he shouldnt be charged
Well, it IS called “IF” he was charged soo… uh, yeah-
But i do get the point
@@lupanick0435 I don’t get your point. The hypothetical charges are inaccurate. What it is called does not line up with what is happening.
@@lupanick0435it’s if they were charged in what they did. Not if they were charged on what they didnt
If he took action towards carrying out those plans, then he should be charged for attempting the crime. But if he just talked about doing it it’s hard to charge him for intent there.
"Well, as a lazy taylor would say, suit yourself" 😂
At 5:05 it took away a life sentence when he attempted first degree murder. Wanted to say that since the count would be off. Great video tho, I love your channel!
A potential error I found was at 3:52 where 24 years were added for Mass Theft where usually it was 25 (also the joke is that the animals are escaping the Zoo and prisoners are rioting, but Major Monogram mixed it up)
And something that is definitely an error is at 4:50 where the life sentences go up by 2, and the next crime decreases it by 1.
So there’s 1 missing life sentence and (probably) 1 missing year.
I wonder, was it “Convicts are rioting, animals are escaping from the zoo,” or “convicts are escaping prison, animals are rioting in the zoo”?
Both seem equally plausible in Danville
Actually not really, cause the Life Sentence for the News Reporter never really counted with it just being his explanation, not it actually happening.
Also l, 48 false imprisonment charges times 12 years is 576 years not 572.
@@Chemistry-mw1imit seems he need Something,He Maybe Got Tired of Editing
In fairness, some of those (such as the TV host being disintegrated) were only part of Doofenshmirtz explaining his plan, not things he actually did. Still, impressive levels of EVIL!
Attempted murder still gets a big sentence.
@@2u29wjiowk2iswjI mean, Having a gun isn't attempted murder.
@@2u29wjiowk2iswj
Planning a murder ain't though. It entirely depends on if he actually attempted to do that specific plan in the episode.
(Least to my knowledge, gotta be a legal grey area atleast)
I love how Doof gets more jail time and punishment than Heisenberg
This makes you wonder how much time would other iconic villains get if they had long shows like this.
3:47 Because Doof's shenanigans finally broke Major Monogram.
The animals are rioting aswell
The people escaping the 3 dimension
I'm more suprised at how expensive racing tyres are than I am at doof's sentence.
He messed up in the video. It's $2700 for a set of 4 tyres, not $2700 for 1 tyre
I think you forgot a few, including how he assisted criminals in escaping prison, assisted criminals in attempted crime (but betrayed later due to a change in heart), every moment of reckless endangerment (of both himself and the people around him), ect.
Fun fact, near the finale of the show he actually does get punished for his crimes. But the judge made him choose between prison time, or communal service as a science teacher so technically he does serve time when the summer ends.
Doofenschmirtz basically gets a death sentence for selling hot chocolate. xD
Favorite quotes from these clips:
"As a lazy tailor would say, suit yourself!"
"Say hello to my new pet crocodiles, Susan and Susan! I named them after each other."
2:06 destroying all the wood will cause most buildings to collapse endangering a lot of civilian population. This could be much worse than simple property damage
It would be Omnicide.
1:53 wait, how do you know? Which tri-state area are you referencing?
"perry the platipus!? how dare you finally sentence me after years and years of unwanted and weird logic?"
**puts a trap on Perry**
@@poweroffriendship2.0 **Contempt of court!**
Also, the various actions against Perry would be incresed when you realized platypuses are endemic animals, native only to Australia.
The actions against Perry are already being treated like they were committed against humans.
The problem is we get completely different crimes depending on if perry is a human in the eyes of the law.
(Funnily enough that may also be why door never gets charged, legally speaking he's an ocelot)
When he meant “no villain is safe” in his bio, I didn’t think he’ll actually go this far 10/10 video, do ganondorf
3 death sentences
11 life sentences
684 years of imprisonment
$123,285,452,665 of fines
And a dismantled wall
Dang. Doofenshmirtz really messed up big time.
5:03 that's not attempted first degree murder, that's attempted second degree murder since it wasn't carried out with premeditation, but was opportunistic
I always forget difference between 1st and second degree murder
I aslo have trouble telling what makes involuntary and voluntary manslaughter
5:44 is there a crime for casually creating paradoxes
Yes there is
And that’s why Doofenshmirtz is one of the best Disney villain.
