Very interesting. Is it correct to say that the centre of mass ‘follows’ the centre of pressure. For example putting a lot of vertical force into the right foot will prevent movement of cg forward because centre of pressure will me moved massively to the right. Conversely releasing the right heel early will move centre of pressure forward helping cg forward (which is what we want). Thanks for your take on this.
