Thx. The key IMHO is unweighting the lead foot at P3/P4 to drop the lead side as the GRF rotational torque is beginning to be ramped up followed by the Pivoting Torque from Feet
    Down (Screw-In) > Up (Un-Screw)

This is such a brilliant & detailed explanation to help some of us weekend worriers get more speed and distance, from a better understanding of these forces. Top job Steve!

Great video and presentation Steve thanks for taking the time. Hey I ordered a downshift board, haven’t got it yet but how about using a pool noodle on lead foot with it? Another question, but not a lot of videos on using a/p force to get rid of early extension or timing on when to extend.. thanks again

Hello, I am from Canada, and I love golf but at 65 years old a bit frustrated in our ability to get better with so much practice - so many years of playing th game. But I find your forces plate and system very interesting, So my question is, is it possible to get one and how much does it cost and from which company do you buy this system. ? Once I would be equip with that system, could we work together even I live in Canada - My first language is French cause I live in Quebec but I can understand English pretty well. Thank you in advance

Good evening, thanks for the message. Ok so the plates , cameras and software will cost you approximately £25,000 from a company called GASP system. I am consulting for a company in Germany and their new force and motion capture product (due to ship in October) will measure much more and will be slightly less, approximately £18500. There are other alternatives, best email me on stevefurlonger@gmail.com . Thank you

Thanks Steve, great video that really explains the theory very well. The thing I struggle with a knowing how to implement all this. I’m sure Rory is not thinking about any of this stuff but is doing it so how do you incorporate these things? Is it about finding “feels”, but then do you start getting into a debate about internal vs external cues? Very confused 😂

Hi TP, indeed you are correct most mere mortals can think of a couple of swing thoughts or moves at most during the swing.
There are many pros on tour that have to multiple internal cues, major winners , multiple winners . So some of us need that, personally I do.
Force precedes motion, so to move we can use the ground to aid that, whichever is the most beneficial in club delivery.
With this videos my aim was to educate folks who want to use the ground to aid motion.
My advice to you TP would be to create your own clock card, have a play with it and see which GRF aids your delivery and improves your ball flight.
