Great content as always! Writing it down is the only way to keep myself accountable. Yes to pen and paper....in a red binder on my kitchen counter. Can't miss it, and everything gets recorded (date, weight, workout, meals, snacks, calories and protein). So rewarding to see a completed sheet every week! Thanks for all the tips and info!
Thank you...just getting off WW due to a 2-year plateau, they helped me but I just got to the point that I could not lose. Now I am tracking calories on MyFitnessPal...I hate eating something that is not preportioned out with nutrition facts. I live with my Mom and eat her food and would really need to weigh it out, plus stopped going out to eat with my sister. She goes out on a daily and I went out with her today and could not find the food on my app and when I found one, I was like, NO this says its way too high in calories...HA!
That damn calorie deficit. Ruining everyones results.😂 I also find a lot of people think that the calculator they use is 100% accurate even if they overestimate their calories burnt. And if they eat to exactly the calorie target recommendation and don’t los weight, they must be broken, starvation mode or some other fitness myth. The calculator is just an estimation and then you keep adjusting downwards until you start to see results of at least .5 -1% body weight loss per week or .5-1 cm loss of your waist per week.

Yes to the five but also honesty and consistency is key.
