Hey there :) I love it when you do a sequence and then we do it multiple times to get better. Like the down dog to malasana. I have always been so clunky with that one and land so heavy but today I finally realized to put more weight in my hands and was able to land super lightly :):) such a nice feeling :) I hope you are having a nice day Charlie :)❤️

Love all your practices but the well rounded ones that take you to asanas that challenge your body in all different ways with twists and revolves with changing directions and opening of the hips and the few inversions,the back bands and the arms balance…oh my can we see more of their full body and longer classes maybe 60-75minutes?
I started today in a funk. Hot mess syndrome again. Just feeling ick…. Not wanting to do this. But after 21 minutes I started feeling really good. I’m almost all the way in the splits with right foot forward. I lifted my hands and felt powerful. Thank you. I’m ready to face the evening with my kids. I’m gonna go for a long walk with my dog!😊
Charlie~~ I love the transitions of this class. I really enjoy the side plank transitions and skandasa movements. Haha it felt good. I am slightly tight in the morning but it was nice after completing the class. 🤩
