Welcome back from my tiny kitchen. With three ingredients you might just have in your cupboard quickly whip up these three ingredient peanut butter cookies - YES, just 3 ingredients.
You don't even need any special equipment to make these delicious cookies at home.
These flourless cookies are gluten free and dairy free.
You can create your own variation by drizzling the baked cookies with chocolate, or add a pinch, or two, of cinnamon /nutmeg in the mix.
