@@rehab.hosnyzaky8404 you could, but then it won't be Keto... i use golden monk fruit sweetener to keep the carbs low, It costs more but it's worth it (for me)
The list says 1/2 cup coconut sugar but you say 1/3 in the video and no mention of coconut oil but it’s listed in the ingredients. Can you clear this up for me? I plan on baking these today. Thank you.
Good morning I love everything you do and put a very important post for you in the comment section that I hope you can read. I meant to put it on your post but I just started rambling. God-bless you..
HINT (I use all the time) When you get your Natural Peanut Butter home, turn it upside down on the kitchen counter - BEFORE you ever open it - for 2-3 days. It perfectly "stirs" itself.
OMG, I love your channel. Absolutely making these tonight. Coconut sugar has a magical smell and taste that can't be matched, plus it doesn't raise your blood sugar like other sugars do.
I made these, but made them vegan by using a flax egg instead of a real egg. And brown sugar, cause I didn’t have coconut sugar on hand. I added 1 tsp of cinnamon too. They came out great! To make them fun and festive, I spread a thin layer of the vegan chocolate on top instead of dipping them, and added crushed candy canes on the chocolate to half the batch, and Christmas sprinkles to the others. Might defeat the purpose of keeping them as healthy as possible, but my family loved them. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
Ok- these are heaven! I’ve been making a double batch each week now with slight modifications. I don’t consume any sugars so I use 100% monkfruit for these and 100% unsweetened cacao baker’s chocolate, with just a tiny dash of cinnamon.
For those who have family members that are allergic to peanut butter, try using roasted sunflower seed butter instead. No joke, it tastes just like peanut butter!
Hi Dani! Awesome recipe! Could you clear up the discrepancies in the video, and the ingredients listed. I’m assuming 1/3 cup of coconut sugar is correct, since that’s what you used in the video. Did you use the coconut oil in the melted chocolate?
This is THE peanut butter cookie recipe I've been hoping for...I had bought 3-4 bags of coconut sugar a year ago to try, but found I didn't like it in my latte, and decided to just throw out. And I have 7 jars of organic peanut butter whose best before dates were all 10 MONTHS ago! Now, I can keep and use both and pig out on peanut butter cookies for months to come! You're a money saver Dani, thanks a MILLION!💖
Made these cookies today and oh my God I absolutely love them Not very sweet but not bitter either. I used the monk fruit and I added a half a teaspoon of molasses and I dipped them in the lilies dark chocolate 55% cocoa. I wanted to eat the whole batch ❤️🤣
Oh my goodness... THESE WERE AMAZING!!! Everyone was complimenting me on my peanut butter cookies! I made them for Easter, using a cross cookie cutter and giving wood details using my fork, then dipped them at a an angle into chocolate so it looked like the cross had risen out of the grave! So fitting, hehe. I have deemed them my "He is risen, Peanut butter Cookies". These cookies are truly THE BEST! I used crunchy all-natural peanut butter, which turned out to be perfect. This recipe is a keeper!! Thank you!
Gracias Teresita y Santiago de Tampa Fl soy nueva y la encontré hoy encantada con sus recetas. Muchas gracias por enseñarnos tendrá siempre manita arriba se lo merece
My kind of recipe. This will go in my recipe box, I can already tell. Going to try monk fruit sugar to experiment because I already know coconut is delicious.
Hi Dani! This recipe looks very similar to a 3 ingredient peanut butter cookie except you used all natural peanut butter and coconut sugar in your recipe! You also used a chocolate dip. Looks really delicious 👍👍👍😀😀😀😍😍😍! I think I’ll try it! Thank you for sharing!
I made these again after a couple of months and I screwed up my recipe and added double the amount of peanut butter!! Not to worry just want everyone to know- what a pleasant mistake! The cookies still baked just fine and the peanut butter flavor is so much more intense and moist! They are a little more fragile and crumbly so allow them to cool longer before handling/dipping them but other than that, they are amazing!!!! 🤩
I'm going to try these with the organic date syrup for sweetener and maybe use half date syrup half unsweetened pineapple juice for sweetener... trying to avoid using sugar and substitutes... thank you so much for another great recipe and video! Merry Christmas to you and your sweet family!
Hello Dani. Thank you for the great recipe. Can I use cashew nut butter or al mond butter instead? Will it change anything? Not a fan of peanut butter.
Definitely adding peanut butter to my shopping list. Can't wait to make these yummy cookies. Love your recipes and do share them. Your Stawberry-Spinach Salad and Roasted Shrimp and Green Beans are two of my favorites.
Dani, I have 2 new jars of JIF peanut butter. Can I make these cookies with this peanut butter instead of the natural kind? I want to make a bunch of these cookies for the holidays. Thank you for sharing. All I have to say is YUM!! 💟
Regular peanut butter will probably affect the taste (sweeter), but I used "natural" Skippy (normal sugar amounts but no transfats) and it came out fine.
Happy Friday! This is my favorite peanut butter cookie recipe - they are not super sweet and have the best texture! I hope you enjoy them. XO - Dani
May I use 1/2 cup of white or btown sugar instead of coconut sugar?
Do you plan to come out with a cookbook anytime soon please tell me you will

Yes I do the same. Works great!
Thanks! I always have a hard time mixing it together. 😅
Yes, I do that too
I love how you put the ingredients in the description box. It’s very helpful for busy moms. Thank you 😊.

These are some of the best cookies I've ever had. My husband was so skeptical at first, but now he wants me to make them all the time!

Idea: You can make the cookies thinner and put the chocolate in between and make it peanut butter cookie chocolate sandwich
Good morning, these peanut butter cookies look delicious! Thanks for sharing. Have a blessed weekend. 😊
Thak you! They are super delicious. I hope you get to give them a try. Enjoy!
We store our peanut butter upside down and it seems to help the oil from pooling. Just put something under the lid in case of leaking

LOL! Enjoy them... they freeze really well so that may be a good option if you make a bunch.
@@CleanandDeliciousDani That's my plan!!😆🙏❤️
no...you cannot use that peanut butter....it will be rancid and make you sick...
@@annekennedy8127 Works for me, and it's not rancid. Looks and still tastes great and I never got sick.
Thanks for telling us storing directions and that we can freeze. Definitely making these for Christmas 🎄

Love these cookies. I have made them a few times including a batch tonight.

Are these cookies a bit crispy on thier edges? These cookies look absolutely delicious!
Planning on baking them soon. 😊🤤
Did you forget to add the coconut oil? Does it make the chocolate shiny?
Thanks for sharing! How I wish natural peanut butter does not cost so much in Asia… Will definitely bake these with the kids this holiday season. ❤️
Niiiiice!! Totally my style of cookie!
I usually pour my entire peanut butter jar into a bowl, give it a good stir, then pour back into the jar.
Oh, that's a great idea! Thanks for sharing.
Tried this recipe tonight but without the chocolate... SO yummy! And likewise, I like that they're not too sweet ❤

Hello, Dani! Love this recipe, as always! ❤️ If peanut butter is unsalted, how much salt should I add to the recipe? 🍪
I would start with 1/2 teaspoon... and then adjust from there:)
@@CleanandDeliciousDani thanks a lot, Dani! 🙏👍
Just came out of the oven and they smell amazing!! Can’t wait until they cool so I can dip them into the chocolate. 👏🏻😋❤️
