The Boss RC30 Loop Station is a dual track looper in a twin pedal format. It allows greater control over your vocal and instrument loops when compared to it's little brother the RC1 & RC3.
3 hours recording time available and 99 memory banks give a massive amount of recording time. Enough for a whole gig!
A USB input allows you to to import and export your loops.

Congrats on the videos, one of the best! Friend can take me 2 doubts? The first is how do I clean the memory bank X for example and the second doubt is how to delete the layer I recorded from another bank, for example, I recorded a violation and a voice but I want to delete the guitar as I do that? Have you ever had the problem of the Boss RC-30 getting lag or frozen while playing something and you are not capable to stop it? It happened to me a few times since I bought it. For example, I record a guitar riff and when I stop the recording it keep playing even if I press the right pedal to stop it.

Hey man please help! how do you all clear a loop? Like if im playing with a loop i just made how can i clear and start recording another fresh new loop? what do i have to press?
To clear a single loop from recording.. Hope this helps1. Record phrases on Track 1 and then 2.2. Press the right pedal twice to stop playback.3. Press the Track Select button of the Track you wish to clear.4. Hold the Right pedal, then press the Left pedal.This process requires the RC-30 to be stopped. There is no other way to achieve clearing one Track completely after performing the initial recording, or overdub.

Yes it can!
cant really justify the cost of it, i use a nux loop core hooked into my mixer and i can all that and more with it setup that way and all my stuff gets recorded to my loop core cool video tho

Can someone here help me with a doubt? I have this pedal and I stopped using it for a few days and it did not turn on, I changed the batteries and just turned on the Power LED, the others never lit and it did not work, I read that it could be the sleep mode but by pressing the left pedal and inserting the cable to output I stayed the same, has anyone had the same problem and knows what I can do?

I am certainly no expert, but we bought this rc-30 today (for my son) and we tested it a little.
*I cannot give any guarantee,* but from what I saw, I believe that it should be possible to record them both at the same time if u want too (or seperatly - one at a time - should also be possible, if u prefer that).
Actually, u can connect 3 sources of sound (of which one is a microphone, and the other two r... a guitar and a keyboard, for example) and - if it's needed - record all 3 at the same time.
@@staffan144 Thanks for the reply! I ended up getting the EHX 720 as just guitar was enough for me and I wanted 2 buttons. Had the RC-1 but was messy looking and bulky with the additional footswitch. Plus I like to eq the mic a little. Hope your son likes it, they are great units!
The 720 being stereo also i can add a dynamic mic and use left and right channels later on. I use a condenser also. Maybe the RC-30 has phantom on its XLR... Anyway im happy with my 720 :).

does it support condenser microphone?
Yes! The RC30 can supply 48v phantom power, so should work with most condenser microphones :-)
@@PMTVUK hi! how does it supply the phantom power? Is it automatic once the microphone is connected? And can it / does the phantom power need to be adjusted?
(we have an audio-technica microphone of some kind - which needs phantom power to work, but we don't have the right... interface (cable) yet, to fit with the rc-30.

when you cant sing in key, or with correct pitch this pedal really amplifies it................as home alone with a pony tail shows us all.
