Before i was 78 kg then i lost 10 kg in 6 months
Then due to inconsistency again i gain weight currently my weight is 69 kg
From tomorrow i will try to wake up early as possible
And will try to increase more steps and be more spirtual and productive

But 1 thing i think i am weak in ,as you know we are social beings and am a male so its natural to want to talk to females andvknow them better and make out good friendships and life partners.But i havent talked to girls openly till now so sometimes i think "can i make connections with them ?"
