- This show sees Queensrÿche opening for Ozzy Osbourne. Fortunately for us, it was caught on video in its entirety, and the quality is pretty good considering the age. The audio however had a lot of noise, and is somewhat distant, as the camera was filming from the balcony.
The show itself is great. The band's performance is strong and tight, and Geoff's voice is still in great shape, although he does sound a little tired in a few minor spots. The audience seems to be into Queensrÿche's set as well, which always adds to the atmosphere of the show.
Overall it's a great show that every fan should give a spin. Enjoy! Видеоклипы
*Re-uploaded after 4 years:* I've adjusted the video levels, de-noised the video and EQ'd the audio as well to remove noise. Enjoy!
Thank you, I've actually had beer fueled parties playing your uploaded shows on the big screen.
wow this is good! thanks!
@D C Sadly not. There are only 3 shows from this tour I know of, and all are shot with handheld cameras.
They were untouchable during the "Rage" era. I wouldn't want to follow them on stage ..I don't care who you might be. They are spectacular. My favorite Queensryche song.
I saw them in 87 supporting Bon jovi, had no interest in jovi at all, this was in the uk as well, we had a Queensryche cloth banner with us and kept it up while Bon jovi were on his goons came up to us and told us to take it down, we told him to piss off and get the fuck out of here, it stayed up all night 👍
I saw them on this tour, opening for AC/DC.
Purely through scheming and focus, me and my best bud lied our way backstage and hung out with them having cocktails and getting autographs for a good hour!
We watched the rest of the AC/DC show from the side of the stage.
Best night ever!🤘🏻
this song is still fresh as a newborn! way ahead of its era
The best singer in the world at his prime.
Amazing, all of them!
"Screams from a new love
the passion was burning, it singed in a stare" ...beyond perfect
I was there. Only 18 years old then!
best album of all time
Magic from a gone era... Phenomenal...
I was on the European leg of the tour, in Brussels. It's still like a dream to me
Absolutely Phenomenal! One of my faves from RFO . Thanks for the awesome upload!
So far ahead of their time. Can't beat this.
Thks for uploading brings back so many GOOSEBUMPS and memories...Seen em open and blow KISS of the stage... Wanted to go but ride didn't want to.. KISS was ok ,BUT RYHCE was wayyyyy better!
Good work on all your vids. Really taking me back to an awesome time in music and my life
Phenomenal & personal fav this gig ! Wish I was there... considering myself so lucky watching this video bootleg... I live with the dream of an official RFO live show seeing the light of day...
PS. is there any SBD super audio mix recording from this ear ??
Hey, no sadly I have yet to come across anything like that. It's a shame really.
Definitely a unique band but this to me is like if you mixed AOR and Iron Maiden together
I saw this tour at the Nassau Coliseum opening for Ozzy ( Ultimate Sin tour) . Tate was never as great after this tour. Mindcrime as great as that album is, his vocal range started to decline even then compared to the Rage tour and previous tours.
This song is as dark as it is at night. Malignant, Osbura, perverse atmosphere!
So much better with Tate
Unfortunately this Tate doesn’t exist no more
What is not better with Tate?
Anyone know what guitars DeGarmo and Wilton were playing?
I have no idea, sorry.
Ibenez, Jacksons & area's wer big in the day... I was a drummer back then & wanted a Scott rockenfield chain link drum kit 😜
I know Michael Wilton is playing a Kramer Vangaurd but I’m not sure what Chris DeGarmo is playing
I love how creepy its the concept of this song
