A little correction about the year of construction of the Elmina Castle: it was constructed in 1482 not 1942. Also, the castle you visited is the Cape Coast Castle which was constructed in 1555. I appreciate your work though; thank you very much, and keep it up.

God created the world in six days

      Romans 6:23

      Come to Jesus Christ today
Jesus Christ is only way to heaven

Heaven and hell is real cone to the loving savior today
Today is the day of salvation tomorrow might be to late come to the loving savior today
      John 3:16-21
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

      Hebrews 11:6
6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Indeed, this dish originates in Senegal. The Krio of Gambia call the dish Jollof Rice; also Bena Chin among the Wolof of The Gambia, and Chep Jen (or yapp if meat or poultry) in Senegal. The dish was created in the northern Senegalese city of St Louis and comes in two forms: white and red. Mam Penda Mbye is credited with its creation in the 1800s, I believe. She was of the Wolof people. Also, note that the Wolof ruled the Kingdom known as Jollof. The Wolof people are largely present in Senegal, The Gambia, and some in Mauritania.
