A trick I learned from GZ on The Kitchen is to microwave your lemon for no longer than 10 seconds and it softens it making it easier to get the juice out, and you get more juice than if you didn’t.

I’m not old enough to remember it but my father ate lunch there everyday. His office was just a block away. I’m loosing my eyesight due to macular degeneration. I have half a bag of shrimp in my freezer that I was wondering what I wanted to do with. This would make a great light lunch as the weather is warming up.
That looks so, so good!! I'm ready for summer salads and shrimp is one of my favorites. I made an angel hair pasta salad this evening for tomorrow. You use a coleslaw dressing which I've never done, had or even heard of. But you came to mind. "Don't be scared" 😅 So, I just went tor it! I may have to add shrimp now. I thought chicken but now my mind is on shrimp..😊
That salad sounds gooood! You make everything so fresh. I don't always have those fresh ingredients. I'll need to make a special trip to the store because I bet it doesn't taste near as good with those canned mini salad shrimps.

I had to laugh. I didn’t see dill entering the picture! I was telling someone about my “RUclips friend” who puts dill in things you wouldn’t even imagine. Haha. I’m the same way with cilantro. Put it in everything. Looks great tho! Thanks for the recipe.
Do not like fish or seafood, because of allergies , but loved the recipes for broken potatoes and puffed squash, didn’t get to save every one of these recipes. Would it be possible to to repost both of these recipes? I love your channel! 💕
