I hate to discard my favorite tools. I love working on things and saving them. Do I always succeed? Absolutely not but when I do, it brings me joy. That’s one good thing about being 70 years old….. it doesn’t take much to make you happy. Lol

Hey Talli Faye, I warped my chopper too. I fixed it by filling it with boiling water, get the lid in it and let it sit until the water is cold. Then it was fixed. Great recipe.
I am one of those that leaves the cilantro out, tastes like soap to me 😬. The rest of the ingredients are great, and beside the tortilla rolls, I will be putting this to use in those stuffed jalapenos you had a video on.
