My version of this I call smashed potatoes. I boil them, put them on the cookie sheet, I smash them with a fork, melt a stick of butter and pour it on top, sprinkle Parmesan Romano cheese on them, put them in the oven and take them out once crispy. My husband LOVES them!! Yours looks delicious too but my southern husband won't eat vinegar....he's a dork....lol...we love you and God bless you!! ❤
That’s so funny… Buzz doesn’t really like vinegar that much either!… Somehow he surprisingly liked these!… I just got lucky lol 😂… But ain’t nobody else in the family got a problem with it!

Between the cooking, the personality, and the accent, you're just the best. Not to mention, a natural beauty. My hubby doesn't watch many videos, but he watches yours, too. I am a little bit strange. I make these after drenching them in malt vinegar. Then toss in oil season with salt and vinegar. Love em like that with beef of some sort.
So the potatoes looked really good but in my opinion they were missing just one ingredient. A bit of salt. I noticed you didn't put not once any kind of salt on them and I had to check the ingredients for malt vinegar to see if there was salt in the vinegar and I looked at several bottles and there wasn't. I prefer my and we call them smashed potatoes here in the Midwest, just with butter, salt, pepper and maybe a little bit of parsley but dill would be good also on top as well.
I didn’t have to add salt because the “Everything Bagel “ seasoning is VERY salty … But if you don’t use that on it I would definitely put me some salt on them 😊♥️

I watched your video twice because I was trying to see if there was any other source of salt that you were adding and I don't get it...somehow I missed that you used Everything Bagel seasoning.🤔 I mean I saw it sitting there and I thought well maybe she put that on it but I didn't see you do it so idk. But that explains it then because I have used that before and that does have salt in it. Anyway now I have to watch your video all over again to see how I missed that! 🤣🤣

So you put it on at some point but it wasn't on camera. I knew I couldn't be that blind! 😁
