It is crazy seeing a performance like this with 70+ instruments going on is done completely live in front of a prime time audience on TV. You could probably pick out a dozen or so mistakes they made, but in the end the performance feels flawless. Thank you for the reaction! Great video.
Friends, please react to Axl along with Elton Jon singing bohemian rhapsody in the Freddie Mercury tribute (1992) and Axl singing will will rock you ! Thanks
I was stationed in Seoul South Korea in 92. I was watching this with my room door open and before it was done I had a room full of soldiers who were in awe struck with this performance!
eu não entendo nada que vocês falam, mais essa empolgação,essa energia que vocês passa nos videos dizem tudo parabens continue com essa alegria de sempre👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
As much crap as Axl got for being "homophobic" he's publicly stated numerous times throughout his career his 2 biggest influences/idols are Elton John and Freddie Mercury. First album he bought was Night at the Opera and he said after hearing Benny and the Jets he knew he had to be a performer.
You should watch the other Elton John and Axl Rose performance. Bohemian Rapsody at the Freddy Mercury Tribute Concert, it was one of the great moments of Rock history, and paved the way to this performance.
The feud between GNR and Nirvana was based on Kurt's hate of corporate based music and considered GNR as sell outs. Axel had invited Nirvana to open for them on one of there tours and Kurt blantly refused saying they could not possibly open for a band who insults feminist and is the complete opposite of what Nirvana stands for. Axel was a huge fan of Nirvana and he wore a Nirvana shirt in Dont Cry video. Axel later set fire to his Nirvana hat.
Can you please share the link of that video? This one have the best sound. That night, the sound thru the tv set was horrible, I can remember perfectly.

Elton was definetely thinking baout Slash: ''you beter stay on that side of the piano''
For a really short moment, I thougt, tthe second guy with the blond long haires was Eddy Van Halen. Have to go back to approve I'm wether blind nor dumb... Would be great if it were so. He was the Master of Sounds!!!
i love this song. it is my all time favorite of theirs. but nothing compares to seeing Axle Rose and Sir Elton John on the same stage, playing the piano together. every time i hear this performance, i get chills. i was actually supposed to be there at that show. but unfortunately, i got sick and could not make it. i can only look back on this as one of the two rock and roll moments i missed out on with regret.
This word has been so overused over the years But........applies to this EPPPPPPPPPPPPIC EFFING EPPPPPPPPIC BEYOND EPPPPPPIC WOOOOOOOOOOW LOVE LOVE LOVE TO SEE AXL SMILING DURING SLASH 2ND SOLO SUCH AN AMAZING PERFORMANCE GREAT REACTION BY THESE AWESOME FOLKS TOO MUCH LOVE

GnR, got alot of "FLACK" over the song 🎵 "ONE IN A MILLION," great song, ONE OF MY FAVORITES, yall should at least check it out, maybe to controversial lyrics for yall to do a reaction
Pretty shure now, but you did'nt say his name (for the newcomers) To be said afterwards: The blond one on the guitar is Eddie Van Halen. Legend for Guitar Sounds over decades. Sorry from my side to correct this for senseless Visitors. Me as an Austrian Guy (little nowhere in Europe) watched the whole video two times, to not miss anything. This childlike, innocent smile is one in a world. Thank's for this reaction!!!!
So the MTV awards looked like that, once. Great performance... then came the last part, the last monumental part, with the legendary guitar solo... that felt... rushed. Was it me, or did they change the pace?
People forget that Kurt Cobain was always talking mad shit about other bands. He couldn't help himself. And because he was doing it all the other grunge posers started attacking the rock and metal bands that came before them. Even though many years later they could finally admit that they actually loved those bands and grew up playing their songs.
And Guns N' Roses still the best and Axl still rules and hes still Guns N' Roses without him they'd still be a great band but without Axl theirs no Guns N' Roses.
Considering the circumstances, no. Giving an emotional speak just minutes before, speaking about a dear friend gone, almost tearing up, and in his 60's. But yes it did not sound good if you count out the circumstances. Most of us would not have gotten a tone out of ourselves after holding such an emotional speak literally minutes before

I loved this performance remember watching it was so memorable grew up on guns n roses in middle school everything was good growing up then
I watched this live. Slash was so drunk, but he absolutely nailed the solo. Another great reaction!
Duff was an even bigger drunk than Slash. If you read Duff's book it is an absolute miracle he is still alive.
@@RolandDeschain1his pancreas was messed up

Watch Axl performing at Lisa Marie Presley's funeral.
Yes! I didn't cry until he played. ❤😢

I don't see Eddie anywhere, just Slash and Gilby ( both dark haired ) and Duff (blond) on the base. Plus Eddie had brown hair.
Nov sucker dizzy that's what started
Where was Elton?

Guns ‚n‘ Roses could have been the Biggest Rock Stars but failed. In their era they‘ve Bern more succesfull then Metallica. The Problem was Axl Rose.
And Guns N' Roses still the best and Axl still rules and hes still Guns N' Roses without him they'd still be a great band but without Axl theirs no Guns N' Roses.
I saw Axl's performance of this song at Lisa Marie Presley's Memorial, it was terrible i thought
