This is definitely for the share holders. Listen to how many times they discuss the revenue generated by these games/apps. You don't tell a player, before you tell them anything else about a game, how much it earned in revenue.
imagine having such a big idea and transition. you'd have to reveal this in a very wise way. imagine how many options they had probably not a lot of good ones and what they went with although robotic obviously was appealing to the people and gamers preparing them for their major the platform transition. i can think of 50 different ways they could've gone with the let's stoke off the investors presentations and this is definitely not a good one if you think it was meant to be
There's a lot of weird shareholder projects for VR right now. I was involved with a fairly big one and I never once saw a news post about it on the internet, we figured out it was just a show for shareholders
