Thank you so much for your positive feedback 😘❤️🥰
@@fitaholixakareeseofmuv7617 absolutely.
You have a really nice figure!
Good morning ☺️ How has these things been working up until this point?
Good morning, things are great. I never stopped working out and living a vegan lifestyle. I’m over a year post surgery and look just as good or better than on this video. Working on leaning out and developing lean muscle. Thank you for your interest.
I have a lil loose skin on abs n arms😢
beautiful lady . gorgeous smile . Will try this out
Thank you so much for the positive feedback 😘❤️
Nice!! I just ordered your tightening oil. Does it work on breasts as well? Would love to find that type of oil that slims/lifts breasts a little. Can you Total Body lhealing-lightening oil be used ln the Face?? How soon can I see the results? Definitely need it for between my legs. Thank you.
Thank you for your purchase and you’ll see results within 6-8wks. To maximize your results, eat a balanced diet, exercise at least 3x/wk and drink half your body weight in water. Thank you again.
And the oil can be used all over your body.
How is your skin doing?? I would love to know ❤
It’s doing great, it’s a slow process, however I can see improvement, but I’m mean I’m not going to get rid of all the remaining loose skin and lack of elasticity. Thank you for asking😘❤️
@@fitaholixakareeseofmuv7617 I hope it will go someday.. Have some bone broth regularly if you can.. I believe it helps.. Thank you for sharing.. It inspires a lazy person like me to start taking care of my skin 😬🙏❤️❤️
What are the oils did you use or have a link for them
It’s my proprietary blend
www.Fitaholix.com
how often do you apply the oil's ? like once a day or once a week ?
I apply it daily after I get out the shower. However, you can apply it multiple times per day.

Of course, you’re more than welcome! Happy Holidays
Mirco needing and derma rolling will restore the skin
WHAT’S THE NAME OF THE FIRST OIL YOU USE AND CAN YOU TELL US WHAT BRAND OF PUMPKIN & PECAN OIL YOU USE? 🤔🤔
Bio Oil, Pecan and pumpkin and I just ordered them from Amazon, I don’t have the brand names, because I use my own mixture now.

Congratulations! Have you tried micro needling?
Yes, no not yet, only derma rolling. Thank you for the suggestion!!
Sis, give it time. Melanin is your friend. The elasticity in your skin can tighten naturally.
Thank you friend! I appreciate your positivity 😘❤️❤️
Does this make you itchy or feel any type of way?
Not at all, the oil is a great moisturizer. Making the skin feel nice and supple after applying and throughout the day. Thank you for your interest.
Oil is cool but if you add some muscles and healthy fat back…then tone it’s more effective ❤❤❤hit training can avoid this extremity…less cardio
@@dreaming2557 awesome suggestions. Yes, since posting this video, I’ve gained a little weight and am more strength focused, less cardio. Thank you again. The oil is just part of my skin routine, not the only thing that I do lol! Thank you again😘❤️
@@fitaholixakareeseofmuv7617 bomb apologies if I came off irky…I had to do the same thing it was from personal experience
@@dreaming2557 naw girl, your fine! I appreciate your honest feedback😘❤️
How long did it take for you to see results ?
It took my approximately 3-6months of consistently using the product to see results. I still use it to this day, as it’s a part of my self care routine.
@@fitaholixakareeseofmuv7617 thank you sm !!
I recommend you look into the iteracare wand to tighten your loose skin without surgery. You look amazing nonetheless 😊
Thank your for your positive feedback and suggestion😘❤️

I’m interested to know about iteracare too. I searched and it looks like a product that blows wind? How is that effective in tightening loose skin?
I don’t know much about it, besides what I researched. I’ve never tried it.

Do you think it would work a little bit on loose neck skin from menopause aging.
😢😢. Lol 🌸
I’m sure that there’s a lot of different factors to having loose skin in several areas. However, 90% of mine is due to the fact I used to weigh over 300lbs and lost a lot of weight, with poor skin elasticity. I’m in my 40’s however not in menopause yet. Thanks for your feedback.
I’m sorry I misread your post regarding the oils. I would say it’s worth a try, although I’m not using it in that area. I have a family member who uses it on her hands. I would say, try the derma rolling and then apply the oil. You can also do some face and neck exercises that help tighten the neck. Again, I apologize for the miscommunication.
@@fitaholixakareeseofmuv7617 no worries at all. Thank you for the reply. I actually bought a derma roller and I’m just getting ready to start using it. I kept putting it off because it seems kind of scary. I’ll try some of the other things as well. Keep up the great work, and thanks again. 🙂
Yes, the derma roller is kinda scary and isn’t pleasant, how it does work. Best of luck to you and keep me posted because now that you mention it, I may try it myself on my neck as well. Thank you again🥰
@@fitaholixakareeseofmuv7617 I will keep you posted 🙂💕
