Our ancestors have known this. I remember my mother and other family members talk about them having to take an tea spoon of it and how bad it tasted but the benefits of it preserved their health. We have lost a lot of “Ways of knowing” when we integrated thinking that someone else’s water was colder.

I think you're confusing it with COD LIVER OIL. That's the nasty tasting oil that our parents had to take as kids before they went to school. It's still a thing, but it doesn't taste quite as bad because you can now buy it infused with lemon.

I HIGHLY recommend castor oil and love it for all the reasons you mentioned. I use it daily too. Also i dont know what site told you it doesn't grow eyelashes...but giiiiiiiiiirl they lied!! It most certainly does grow lashes, eyebrows...hair on your head. Youll notice now that theres sooo much hype about the goodness of castor oil that masceras are now being made with it. ( i should of gotten on that sooner because ive been putting it in my mascera all along...it makes it go on better and mine dont clump...which I hate) I love castor oil soo much i wish i had a vat of it to soak my whole body in 😂
I like using a gua sha tool too when i put mine on my fsce and neck...the tool helps drain the lymph nodes and helps sculpt your face...I like warming up the tool when i apply the oil ...it helps it go in faster. Castor oil is one of the best oils to penitrate deep and as you said carry other things with it to where it needs to go. So here is where I makeup my own facial oil. I bought rose hip oil and Frankincense oil and add drops of that to my castor oil ( i use a dark bottle with dropper) I also add vit e and personally i love to add greranium oil too ( it smells pretty and is good for your skin too) sometimes i even add black seed oil ( that stuff is miraculous too)
I too have a stiff shoulder and castor oil has been a life saver...I couldnt sleep from the pain. I like adding Frankincense to that too...Frankincense is a known pain reliever as well as for cell regeneration....I'll take all the cell regeneration I can get!! ❤
Also im just gonna put this out there...girl slather that oil alllll over your feet and massage them as you do...( you might need to add some of your good moisture just to make it thinner...but your feet will thank you for it. You'll have soft velvety feet...youll also find that the oil dives deep into your tendons ...it will break up any fascia that makes ( scar tissue) our feet stiff. It made my planter facsiitus go away in days...and I had been suffering for months with it ...went to Drs..got the shot...taped...iced..exercises....nothing. I got soo desperate that I started looking up natural cures...and came across castor oil...that was a few years ago and started me down my path with castor oil...and other amazing oils.
Im 62...soon to be 63...and I do not have age spots on my hands...my hands look soooooo much younger than my younger sisters ( you know Im rubbin that in..lolol)
My mother who is 80 saw what it has been doing for me and she bought some too...the difference in her face is amazing. She has a glow..her skin had become dull and it has changed and is filling in a lot of her wrinkles too. ( she also had a very painful experience with her girly parts being extremely dry and well...shes not in pain any more )
Castor oil helps sooo many skin issues, grows hair, breaks up scar tissue, helps arthritis , cysts...prevents and even breaks up cataracts..and soooooo much more.( all this has 1000s of testimonials from people its helped....dispite what big pharma and nay sayers might put out there) I tend to believe the proof that comes from all the people its helped. So glad you put this video out there to share your experience with it. Thank you...❤

You have to use the good suff...it's the best for all the good things in it. It's thick...but I used it straight on my feet...it was miraculous for me...

I just started using Castor oil this past weekend. I am 47 and been struggling badly with perimenopause. I prayed to God, seriously, I wanted some help! I woke up Saturday morning and RUclips recommended a castor oil video. I ignored it. Sunday morning it came up again so I watched it. I then watched several more videos. Then I remembered I bought a bottle of castor oil a couple of years ago, all organic, no hexane. Cold pressed. It’s in a dark brown bottle and it expires next year. It’s a big bottle too! So I started on Sunday applying it to my face and lymph glands. I am also taking Calcium D-glucarate and DIM for hormone balance, and have already experienced liver detox from those supplements. I am going to continue to use the castor oil and will try it in my belly button as well.
As a side, I ordered some little roller ball bottles for using as a lip balm throughout the day because my lips are always dry.
You seem like a person who would be awesome to be friends with! Thank you for sharing, it gives me more hope that things will improve for myself. ❤

    DO NOT DO NOT…..
Message castor oil anywhere on your abdomen. May help to initiate labor.

    • @maryronan8446
      @maryronan8446 5 месяцев назад +1

Castor oil rubbed upon the pregnant abdomen WILL NOT, NOT, NOT, NOT initiate the uterus to begin contracting. This is NOT TRUE. It is when castor oil in consumed, that the oil begins to cause diarrhea, which in turn causes the uterus to be irritated and begins contracting. ONLY WHEN TAKEN INTERNALLY. Not upon the skin. This is SAFE.

About five years ago I watched a RUclips video recommending using organic castor oil to remove those dark floaties in the eyes. I started doing that and over time, because the changes you mentioned took more than a few days to reveal themselves, I noticed I didn't see the dark floaties and soon they were just gone. The one thing I didn't think about was the cataracts that form over time. My eye doctor always comments that I have little to no formation of cataracts. I am now 71 years old and see clearly and enjoy the view!

I've recently learned about using castor oil topically. I've been having nerve pain causing me to have trouble standing and walking. I rub castor oil on my lower back every night. When I get up during the night and in the morning - no pain. I will become more aggressive with the oil, as far as using it all over my body. Thanks for sharing 😊

Thanks for sharing. I am using around my eyes and eyelids at night because I do a lot of fine crochet and my eyes would have a hard time refocusing on other things after crocheting. This helped in refocusing 100% but to my surprise I found that my night vision when driving has improved dramatically. When I forget to use for a while, my night vision goes back the way it was, so I have to keep it up. It has also gotten rid of some of those growths we get on our skin as we age, too. I am like you once it works somewhere on your body, why not try it somewhere else and see what happens! I saw it works on skin tags, but have not tried that yet. I told a friend of mine about it and she looked on the ingredients in Restasis (for dry eyes) and she said one of the ingredients is castor oil. Hmm.. who would have guessed?

I got my organic clothes from Amazon. It was baby bibs 20 in a pack and they work just fine. Everything you have said is true. I've been doing this also for a while and there's a lady on RUclips, Barbara O'Neill and she says that castor oil goes to the bone so it helps with the pain relief. When you put it in your navel it goes to so many different organs. So everything you saying is correct and I'm just glad to know someone else is trying it and having great results as well 💞 You don't want to use just any type of cloth because any detergent chemicals. The castor oil will pull inside your system. That's why it needs to be organic cotton😊

Hi Doll.. you will continue to get more youthful. I have used it since I was a young girl. Grandma’s and my mom kept my sis and I on a skin care regime to prevent acne. Back then we never ate out unless we were on vacation and when things were special. We were raised on everything home grown and organic and raw as in Milk etc . Home cooking.. we were allowed sugar as most.
So mom lotioned us after bath, and added a thin amount of castor oil over that and in our hair while it was still ‘damp’ ( roots & ends) so we just stayed soft.
Now I’m 74 and holding my own with nothing fancy and castor oil.
Castor oil draws so it was used in all grandma’s decoctions, concoctions, and slaves.
You’re a beauty and you’ll stay that way as long as you continue doing your regimen, and your water consumption.. pure water. We had spring water and stayed hydrated. Oh, and walk barefoot in summer on grass in the morning dew. It’s healthy! ❤️

Hi, I do enjoy watching these videos of you youngers when first experiencing castor oil. I am an older and have been using for a long time. The saying "what's old is new again" is so true. I am very happy you have discovered this great oil. Just a little tip or two. Warming the oil helps to spread easier. If you have a Joann store or some other fabric store, look to see if they carry ..... white organic flannel, wash it when you get home, no fabric softener and best to have as clean of a detergent as possible, no fragrance either. My Joann store carries it and I get it by the yard, so much cheaper and you get more then those ones they sell in packages. I will keep any scraps down to small ones, and use them as an extra castor soaked pad with a band aid, or the bit larger ones for a bigger wound. It is good for kitchen burns put on right away and repeat when needed, I get oven rack burns 😵‍💫 Anyway, enjoy your new adventure :)

I am definitely on the castor oil bandwagon. One person I watched shared her research and found castor oil is the oil that has the least interaction with plastic. The concern about plastic is that the castor oil might leech out harmful petroleum chemicals. It has not been found to do that. You definitely want a dark bottle, hexane free, and organic. If it is cold-pressed, it will be hexane free.
Wool flannel is the fabric that was originally recommended for packs. If you are allergic to wool, you can use cotton flannel.

The itch that you had on your eye lashes at the beginning was from skin mites. They are all over most of our face and scalp, but especially at the root of our eye lashes and hair.
They are microscopic, and can’t be seen with the naked eye, but if you put a transparent tape on your forehead or face, leave it there for an hour or two, and then put it with the adhesive side upward unde the microscope, you would be shocked about what you will see there!
So, whenever you feel an itch on your face or head, it’s skin mites and/or parasites. Mix some tea tree or thieves esential oil into your castor oil, and keep using that indefinitely.
Good Job on your presentation of your great experience with castor oil. I just started using it, as well. I am looking forward to seeing the same results.

@@brenda_daniels the way I do it is I get a washcloth that I don’t mind staining, so basically just a little five pack or so from somewhere. I then wet the washcloth as hot water as I can stand. Once I’ve run out I sort of lay it over my face for a moment and let it start opening my pores. I personally mixed mine, one part carrier oil to two parts castor oil and just rub those between my palms and fingertips. I then applied it all over my face in upward, circular motions. Did that for 2 to 3 minutes and then I got my washcloth again and wiped my hands with it, then turn the water on as hot as I could stand it again, wet the washcloth, and wring it out, and then gently wipe the oil off my face. Your skin should feel super moisturized afterwards, but should not be slick at all. Let your face completely dry before you lay down on a pillow or anything in case there are traces of castor oil still there because they can stain. That’s why I say to just get inexpensive washcloths. Use a new washcloth each time. I did this every night before bed. I did my eyes and everything, but obviously did not use upper motions over my eyes. I have oily skin and my carrier oil of choice was actually olive oil, which I have heard is not recommended, but it was perfect for me. If you look up a website called crunchy Betty, she actually recommends different carrier oils for different skin types that’s how I first learned about oil cleansing.

I think we're on the same time frame with the exception that my dear ole momma did this when I was really young to keep us healthy, so I feel I absolutely agree with some of the benefits you describe. Even though I have 30 years on you. I'm doing the drop in the navel thing and it has also helped my feet in condition and warded off the dryness. I appreciate your sharing.

Hey girl....thank you soooo much. I am using castrol, but now I will purchase the organic one. I, too, use dipping powder and gel on my toes. I have subscribed to you simply because you gave some jewels that I did not know about castol oil. God, my mom made me take that for a true cleansing. Will be back with my comments once I get the organic castol oil. The one I am using is ok. But you know, girl. Organic..is better. Speak to you soon❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤Thank you very much!

I just ran across your video, my daughter purchased the same castor oil for me like 2 months ago. For constipation.. I am a beautiful brown skin Lady of 63 yrs 😊❤ and I just started recently for the past 10 days using it under my eye for the dark circles and at first I thought after 5 days maybe this is just my imagination because I had purchased so many different eye cream that was supposed to help with the dark circles and the wrinkles of the past 2 years and none of those worked. But it was not just my imagination the dark circles and the fine lines are definitely starting to diminished. Back in the day coming up my mother and Aunt would just get us castor oil back then. And your skin is definitely glowing and your hair is also pretty blessings to❤

Thank you for sticking with it for 30 days so you could share this experience with us. I keep trying castor oil and I would get scared that I was developing an allergy. But after your story, I think I might be pulling out toxins and it might just stop being itchy after a couple weeks. Just like you, it’s never severely itchy.

When I first used it I used as a pack and wrapped around my stomach; I applied heat with a heating pad as well. The next morning, my whole face was covered in a rash and a little swollen! I guess I overdid it. I had to go to dr and went on meds. I have since used directly on my skin and have been fine. I tried the pack another time but used it on a limited basis and did not wear the pad all night and I was fine.

    • @ebazileyes1475
      @ebazileyes1475 4 месяца назад +3

@@bd4loves750 Hi, it's called a pack but its basically cotton material design to fit around the neck or the abdomen soak with a good amount of Castor oil to help with toxins of the liver and lymphatic system. Some packs are sold with castor oil but if not you can buy the pack separately. What I've done in the pass is buy the flannel cloth and used that it works the same way only difference it doesn't have a tie string to hold it in place. But that's an easy fix. All you need to do is get a sports wrap/or band and keep it in place not too tight and then place a medium size warm towel over it to keep in the heat even while you're under your blanket. It works wonders. I know because I did it for someone who was ill and myself. But like I said, you can buy pack or the flannel cloth. I got mine at a baby store few years ago. Hope this helps.

I have had an allergic reacreaction to to red ink in my tattoo that I got several years ago. Very strange to me it didn’t react for several years of having it I started using castor oil on my face and neck and it did such wondrous things. I did more research and found out. It is very good for all different kinds of skin conditions so I tried it on my tattoo and within a couple of weeks the allergic reaction is almost gone, it was whelped up, almost like poison ivy would look. I would say on your skin and now it’s almost completely gone.
Before trying to Castro, I had went to dermatologist and tried steroid ointment for a year and nothing ever worked for it. This castor oil is amazing. !!!!

All that you shared is true I use to have an abnormal period I bleed over year with no breaks I became severely anemic due to that, and I ended up having to have a DNC after that the surgery I ended up having my period go back to pretty much normal, for like a good 3 to 4 months if that, and it started back up with the heavy bleeding all over again long story short I think that RUclips was just really starting out and I saw this one woman on RUclips and she was making castor packs and I was like I’m trying that and I tried it. I put it on a pad and I put it and when I tell you, it was so unbelievable I don’t know what it was but it was something I want to say it was like the size of what I feel was the size of a cantaloupe. I literally felt it before and after it passed I bled for a couple of days and it got lighter and lighter until it stopped. As of now it’s back to normal it was like I had no more irregular bleeding. I didn’t have to deal with going to the doctors getting iron shots because it was just that bad it has GREAT Benefits.

Wow, what a testimony! I did notice a slight change in the heaviness of my first cycle after starting with castor oil, but I didn't mention it in the video because I wasn't sure if it was a one-time thing or if the oil was making the difference. I will make a part 2 if I continue to see positive changes in my menstrual cycle.

Castor Oil on the skin and Castor Oil packs absolutely amazing!
I’ve been raving about castor oil for 15+ years for skin, constipation, pain, cysts, detoxing…
Is no-one is talking about how it stains clothing or sheets it comes in contact with?
I have specific t-shirts and also double them up to protect sheets and use eye mask over the eyes.
It’s messy and sticky and it stains HOWEVER it is so worth it!

I like to agree with some of your results. I didn't use it on all areas yet, but will definitely try that. Castor oil softens the skin of your face. I just told my niece yesterday about it. It's like baby skin... I also felt the slight itchiness around the eye area but it's nothing major. Big applause for castor oil...😊

I am praying that it helps get rid of it completely but just the relief from the pain and itching is a huge bonus! I have also noticed my face is more smooth and over all complexion is better. I even had some dark spots that are starting to fade which is really weird. Thank you for this video! So helpful!!!❤
