  • Calories Science is predictable which is why gurus will tell you to do it
What they don’t factor in is your hormone profile
Counting calories will HARM your health and your gain LONG-TERM
It’s why calorie counters have nuked metabolisms, endocrine, and thyroid systems
“But Uncle Rommy how do I lose fat without counting calories?”
Simple you stop eating when you are no longer hungry
Allow the natural satiety biological feedback provided to you to be the compass
This is why you can not apply the bodybuilder approach to your process as a normal cat who isn’t running truckloads of gear getting ready to flex on stage
They can up movement and drop calories because they are injecting exogenous substances into their blood stream to optimize their hormone levels
Why do you think these cats get their blood drawn constantly …sure to make sure they aren’t dying because its dangerous but its to make sure all this shit (hormones) are on POINT
    Because that’s the game

Who is Uncle Rommy? And who are “The Natural Crusaders?”
Well it’s a group of guys who want to live up to the man they know they are capable of being
“Where do I pour all this energy I possess?”
That was a problem I had most of life growing up… and up until about a year ago
The blessing & the curse of my situation:
I was a natural at a lot of the things I would try
I was told often “you have a lot of potential…but you’re wasting your talent”
It was frustrating because I never knew what to double down on because I thought I was making the wrong decision
But that was the problem…I was living inside my head
I put myself into the role of fulfilling what OTHER people thought my potential was
Playing the game of life to surpass OTHER peoples standards
It took me quite some time to realize that I didn’t have clarity on MY OWN standard as a man
When I finally decided to turn my brain off and completely lead with my fiery heart and spirit
My standard and mission became crystal clear
Which is all encompassed through the “Natural Crusader”
    The natural in training
    The natural with his words
    The natural in sports
    The natural in business
The natural in relationships & conversations
“Strip me down to nothing and I know I am good because I got me”
That is what real conviction and confidence truly is
This is what the Roid Heads are missing
This is what Science Based Optimal Lifters are missing
This is what the Macro/Calorie counting MyFitnessPal Fan Club is missing
We may not have the answers right now BUT will always end up figuring it out
Training is about self realization..the side effect is health & a 6-Pack
And the ONLY way to understand the extent of your ability & power (or “fulfill your potential”):
Is going to a place mentally where no one is willing to go
    That’s transcendence
And thats what we are here to do

Big bro! You doing great man, your videos are really good and hits home every time. My go to lunch meal that I have on the daily is: 4-6 oz of ground beef with 4 pasture raised eggs, 1 cup of white rice, 1/2 avocado and 1 cup of non fat greek yogurt and mix it all together and you get this wet dog food looking concoction that tastes good and just add some cholula hot sauce or sriracha. The yogurt makes it taste like sour cream. Whole meal is around 800-900 calories but tastes good and doesn't bloat me up. I usually just eat twice a day . My dinner is almost the same just substitute with steak instead of ground beef. My gains have been great since I started eating more red meat and I rarely eat chicken anymore. (I was an eat chicken as protein every meal type of guy). Keep up the good work !

Your approach is interesting brother. Diet downstream from fitness. For me the opposite was mostly true, because when I ate cleaner, I looked and felt better then worked harder, but I can see the other way around as well.

Everyone is different but training and being strong physically does something to your brain. Keeps you sharp if you do it the right way

    • @truthtelleranon
      @truthtelleranon Месяц назад

@@UncleRommy Totally agree it does. I’ve just seen so many guys with piss poor physiques but that are strong and train a lot. All comes down to nutrition. Regardless, whether it’s nutrition or training that gets you on that positive feedback loop, getting on it is what’s important

I always buy 80/20 ground beef, anything leaner and it turns out being dry. How do you cook lean ground beef?
Also, you store potatoes in the fridge? Isn’t that bad?

as my first time year in fitness i was consistent for 6 months and went from 250 to 159 now im at 180 everytime i try to lose it again i keep binging at the end of the week and end up brain fogged and not train at all ive been like this for months what should I do to lose fat and make it easy but also fast enough where i wont have to diet for to long like i would only need 3 to 4 months max so that i could start building muscle again.
