Rarely do you see someone hurt themselves from anything pulling related (besides deadlifts)
But this isn’t because pressing movements are necessarily dangerous
It’s usually one of two things:
1. Too much pressing movements without compensating pulling movements
2. Not pressing correctly
There is a LOWER margin of error on pressing but that doesn’t mean it’s inherently dangerous

I do these supersetting with weighted neutral grip pull ups, then bodyweight neutral grip pull ups and then the death rows, and of course all of them till failure. The lat pump it gives is like no other.

How much reps should you do for a set?
6-8 heavy
focus on quality of reps...and when you feel your form break understand that the rep count stops and you can simply rep out till failure to get crank up some muscle growth reps
