What a perfect playthrough! enough suspense, appropriate speed, very good accuracy of applying rules and no blunders. I was on the edge of my seat watching that. Thank you so much!
Hello boubaker soltani! Thanks a lot for your comment. We're really glad you liked the playthrough. Thank you for letting us know. Forbidden Desert is a great, cooperative game and it is pretty tough to win. Things can really go down to the wire!
@@AllAboardBoardgames It is a cool game, especially that I live in the desert! and right now, we are on the season of sandstorms and my eyes are covered with sand whenever I get out :) you can say I am playing FD live action haha.
@@boubakersoltani4566 Oh dear! You be careful of those sandstorms. It really is like you are living the game in real life! It's safer inside playing Forbidden Desert! haha
@@AXRISTEROS I agree with you. The theme is better in Island but Desert is a bit deeper. I love the place names in Island - Cliffs of Abandon, Twilight Hollow, etc.!
what a great playthrough! i played this 2x last week and we lost both times to the sand ;_; watching y'all win made me feel like I won too LOL love y'alls energy and teamwork. subscribed :')
Hey Izibelles! Glad you liked the video. Forbidden Desert is pretty tough. So many things can catch you, so we were delighted with the win. Thanks for the subscription - hope you can find other videos you like too.
Mille, we are delighted that you enjoyed the playthrough. :-) Forbidden Desert is a really fun, and challenging game! I'm sure you and your friends will have a really good time with it. Let us know how it goes!
Well done! Great video! My friends and I have played Forbidden Island and really enjoyed it. I'll definitely look at picking this one up, looks great! Well done on the legendary victory! Have you played the third forbidden game?
Thank you stevo34. Forbidden Island is great! Forbidden Desert is a bit more challenging but it is also a lot of fun. It's so easy to get buried in the sand or die of thirst! We haven't played Forbidden Sky yet, but would definitely like to check it out. Have you tried it?
@@AllAboardBoardgames Haven't tried Forbidden Sky but based off some playthroughs and reviews on YT I'll be giving it a miss. Looks too fiddly and not very thematic. The great things about the first two are how it's like being in an adventure film, you really feel you're adventurers against the clock! The last game seems a bit random in the regard.
@@bourneultamatum Good point about the first two being like an adventure film! You really do feel as if you are up against it and the theme really does come through. I love the names of the locations in Forbidden Island too! It really adds to the game. It's a pity Forbidden Sky doesn't seem to match up to Island and Desert - they were both lots of fun. Another great cooperative game is Horrified. Have you tried it? We filmed it recently and had so much fun playing it!
@@AllAboardBoardgames I very much enjoy cooperative games. Spirit Island, Pandemic and Robinson Crusoe are the first that come to mind as they are among my favourites, but I've played many others (but not any in the "Forbidden-series"). As I've mentioned before, I see myself primarily as a war gamer, but there are plenty of cooperative games within that genre as well. D-Day at Omaha Beach is my favourite here.
Hi, Thanks for the video. However, I think you have a rule wrong. You should only share water (or pass equipment) when you are on the same tile. Cheers. Murray.
Hi Murray. Thank you for the comment. Normally you can only share water when you are on the same tile, but the special ability of the Water Carrier allows him to share water with a player on an adjacent tile at any time. We hope you enjoyed the video! Cheers!

Great game as well as forbidden island.
Great video and strategy used.
