We made a tank.first they layerd it with 1 ft thickness concrete.next day we noticed water coming from sides of the wall..yet we constructed wall...again water is coming.so they put again 1 ft thickness concrete..still water is coming.they layerd again cement, waterproofing mix everything,,.still no use..how to treat this water coming from under earth.please help us.

I have already an underground water tank at my home, made of brick and finished with plastering and have net cement panning over it. We noticed for few days that water is not existing at tank..Is there any treatment for repairing it.Please help me.Thank You.
