30:40 It really doesn't matter how much the driver weighs, as all of the cars have to meet a "minimum required race weight" to be able to compete. If it wasn't for that, then, yes, you'd want the lightest driver you can possibly find.
I've ran quite a few drag cars for people in the past b/c I only weigh 130 lbs soaking wet.
edit: for every 100 lbs you can take off a "street car", it will run about one tenth quicker in the quarter mile... so in other words, a 3500 lb car with 300hp might run a 13.50et, whereas a car that weighs 2500lb with 300hp will run around a 12.50

My idea for the traffic is to be able rate the other drivers.. Like an AI camera that registers every license plate around you, and if someone cant behave in traffic we can give them a 1 star rating. So everyone would drive around with a rating. Now, if I'm out driving and are about to meet a 1 star rated driver the system can warn me in advance, and also the police could use the system to catch the useless drivers out there. We give ratings to stores, hotels and restaurants. Why not drivers.

Muscle weigh more than fat, so in his eyes, both fat and muscle are at a loss.

Drivers sweat off 10 to 15 pounds a race because it is so hot in the car, so they have to bulk up to compensate.
Their last race at Iowa it was 112 to 117 in thoes cars. Imagine driving in heat like that. Atleast they have cool suits.

quick note on why the drivers could be so out of shape. there's drivers who really cared about that and would work out like olympians. heck, jimmie johnson became a triathlete later in his nascar career. but nobody is gonna tell tony stewart to work out cause tony gonna do what tony gonna do.
