👍👍👍👍Every iteration of Hay Joe when played by someone who really knows what he or she is doing, just brings tears to my eyes. I loved when he went Clean and multiple reference to some other iconic tunes without missing a beat, is just a Master at his best...The torch has been passed to the younger generation. I am so glad I am around to witness this. And yes I still remember the day I ran to the record shop to get the album and drove my Mom and Dad crazy learning every song of jimi. They never complained.
This guy can play!!🔥🎸 and sing btw. Always love a little bit of reggae🥰😄 There at 6:23 - Redbone (“Stay Woke”😉)->Old Town Road😊. That was grreat!👍🏼😃 A great mash-up, I must say👍🏼👍🏼🤩🥰. Thank you for both the suggestion and reaction🤗.
Correction (thanks Michael Welge): Hendrix did not write "Hey Joe" and it would have been more correct to say "covered by Jimi Hendrix". Ya learn something new everyday hahaha!
Hey thanks! A bit of a contrast over the Ne Obliviscaris but I like shredders. Great review again! I've bought his album on Bandcamp and his song "Long Distance Woman" is another one of my favorites of his :) Oh and yeah, his ear and feel for the dynamics is what solidified my love of his music. He's technical, has feel, and wow those soft notes, and "notes between" are impressive for sure
@@StrateleStudios That's why I love the live version of Frampton's "Do you Feel Like we Do" -- especially with the talkbox parts! Would you consider doing that review at some point? Appreciate the consideration either way
Speaking of Hendrix, have you watch Eric gales ft Andy timmons cover of little wings ? very cool arrangements and soulfull playing by both of them.. it's a very hidden gem in internet
I’ve not seen that video but I saw Gales live cuz he was opening for Al DiMeola and I was completely floored by the guy. I didn’t know who he was at the time but quickly became a fan!
@@StrateleStudios yeah Im just starting listen to gales since a year ago, he bring blues to the next level.. try listen to his arrangement on little wing (video title Eric gales & Andy timmons), and you would not regret it 🥂
Kingfish is definitely one of the best young blues artist.

Kingfish already legendary!
Nice one Jeff!
Thanks Bob! 😊
Keep up the killer reactions. You check out his song Empty Promises! They have professionally shot live version that is unreal good.
Oh cool I will!
Killer voice besides the guitar ability 🤩

Btw.: Never got to ask you about blues/soul music and whether you have/had preferences in this/these genres or not at all?😄😃💙

@@RDC98TDI I’d definitely consider that. I have a deep connection with that song from my childhood. 💙
No, Jeff... "Hey Joe" is not a "Hendrix song"... It is a blues classic that Hendrix covered... 😎"Kingfish" do some tasty gutbucket blues & more...
Awwww ya I’ve only heard Jimi’s rendition. Thanks! Great tune either way!
If bb king and Jimi had a baby, this would be this guy 😂
