Eva's world is pretty much artificial because Eva imitates Adam's world. That's why she sends people in time with a mission so events can occur, instead of them happening naturally like in Adam's world.
Yeah, from a writing standpoint it makes sense because seeing the same events again would be boring. But I love how it's still logical inside the story.
Oooh that actually explains a lot I was always kinda confused why sometimes events would happen naturally and other times it would all have to be set up, now it makes sense it's Eva trying to make sure everything happens just like in Adam's world
So, at the time of the apocalypse, there are two Marthas and two Jonases. One Martha gets picked up by Magnus and Franceska. That Martha travels to our world, and takes Jonas to the other world. She then goes back in time to middle Jonas. From there, she comes forward in time, and is killed by Adam. The other Martha becomes Eve. One Jonas gets picked up by Martha, and taken to the other world. He is then killed. The other Jonas goes to the basement. He then travels forwards through time, to meet Claudia. This Jonas becomes Adam.

I think Egon got back there, to take Hannah to the fifties so she can meet up with the younger Egon. The child was a miscarriage (hinted by that blood), which kind of answered the problem that the child of Hannah and Egon in Adams world in the fifties couldn't be the same child of Ulrich and Hannah. Infitity symbol explained: "8"is formed by two "O"'s. One "O" is Adam's world, another "O" is Eva's world. And the point they meet up (overlap/join) to form an "8" is when the split of Jonas happened. At that junction point one world can influence the other and to run into two different directions. Both "O"'s in the infinity symbol is a loop of their corresponding worlds. Loop (O) of Adam's world + Loop (O) of Eva's world = 8. O + O = 8. And when the split can happen? When apocalypses are happening in both worlds. Remember, alt-Martha goes to save Jonas when Apocalypse is happening in her world. And when does alt-Martha saves Jonas? When Apocalypse is happening in Adam's world! Apocalypses connects worlds. Apocalypses are junction points.
Ok, but help me out with this part: Suppose you are a passive observer, watching Jonas being saved by Alt-Martha at the moment of the apocalypse. You witness them both disappear into thin air, but you remain in sync with the natural flow of time. What will you witness in this world? Would it simply cease to exist?
10:30 Earlier this season it was revealed that "in the moment of dark matter explosion and apocalypse started, Time stopped for a nanosecond." This nanosecond is the only moment that they have free will. Eva knows this and uses this knowledge to create two different possibilities: One which dark Martha doesn't save Jonas and this version of him will become Adam, and the other which she does save him and they eventually end up creating the origin. In other words each one of these two possibilities end up creating one of the two worlds. In other other words both worlds have been created from each other :)
A quick summary of the newspaper clipping that Boris/Alexander shows Bartosz at 6:23: Boris and an accomplice broke into a locksmith's shop to clean out their safe, cause they knew of a big payment from the day before. The owner was alerted to the break-in by a neighbor. The owner didn't live far away and didn't want to wait for the police to come. He went there himself to confront them, a shot was fired, and the owner later died from his wound. Alexander Köhler most likely was the accomplice of Boris that might have had to go into hiding as well, or maybe has died, since Boris was in posession of his passport.
Boris was wounded when he came to Winden. Aleksander may have been too, and he probably died. We know Boris was a metalworker, so I think he probably tried to rob his boss. If real Aleksander was not employed there, he would be harder to connect to the robbery - while Boris would be an obvious suspect, once the police realized one of the workers went missing. Which would be a good reason to take Aleksander's identity
Pregnant Hannah had a miscarriage when Egon came to save her. Egon is there to send Hannah to the 50's to get pregnant from young Egon. Also this isn't the Hannah from our world
it's basically two alternating interconnected loops that split when the apocalypse happens in jonas' world. In one loop he's saved by alt-martha only to eventually die in her world after impregnating her and his death motivates her to go down the path that eventually leads to her becoming Eva, then in the other loop he isn't saved and survives the apocalypse as we see when he talks to middle claudia and he eventually grows to become the stranger and in trying to fix everything the stranger ends up at the apocalypse all over again but ends up taking himself, Bartosz, Franziska, and Magnus way back in time to 1888 and from there eventually ages into Adam.
Now another whole week of waiting for the amazing episode 7, which will answer lots of questions, can`t wait for it! Really like Suraj in this one how he pieced everything together.
You guys aren’t dumb for not getting what’s going on. It’s just that it’s so obvious to those of us that have watched the entire series several times. I’ve watched it 4 times and each time you watch it, you understand it better and better. I love watching it for the first time through your eyes. It’s a lot of fun. Wish I could wipe my memory and see it for the very first time again lol
@@koory0uz904 huge differences, like even the structure of my face, cheekbones, beard type ... I looked way younger then, now I have a more roughed up look, changed a lot in these past years.
Guys if you time traveled and actually changed something you would just create an alternate reality. As the show said everything is as it always was. To create a change doesn’t negate what always was it just creates an alternate universe.
It's not really explained very well but Alt-Hannah miscarried and Alt-Old Egon was there to take her back to the 50s so that she would then hook up with Alt-Young Egon again.
This isn't really a spoiler, but I won't go into too much detail. Basically, there are 3 Marthas in total: The Martha from Adam's world The Martha from Eva's world who saves Jonas And the Martha from Eva's world who doesn't save Jonas The two Marthas from Eva's world have two different fates because of the divergent paths they took
There’s a point you got a bit wrong on the infinity symbol. The intersection points touch. It is a single point; therefore, it allows to go in any direction: forward or backwards, upward or downward. If they didn’t touch, it would just be a simple circle in a weird shape.
25:20 did he say Tront's dad that we don't know? Tront's dad is the origin. That's why it's a cycle. You miss that and you miss the whole show. Jonas is the father and grandson of the origin.
Watching the Blindwave guys absolutely shit the bed in terms of understanding this show is why I love you guys. Even Nikki who was annoyed with the mechanics was still able to keep track of everything. Some shows are not made for some people
The best thing now is: you managed to get thru the most demanding, difficult to understand, intertwined part of the whole story. Now you can prepare yourself for the most climactic two episodes and the beautiful, gut-wrenching finale in the history of sci-fi tv-series ever. Oh, how I envy you!
The sand infinity sign is one of my favorite parts of the series, it just makes so much sense. The middle point can only ever have one of two lines showing and the two lines have to overlap to form it.
DARK Reaction Checklist 1. Did two characters have sex? NO 2. Did a character wake up from a nightmare? NO 3. Did a reactor reference LOST? 1:27 - "He's the John Locke of this show" [referring to Jonas dying without understanding why] 1:35 - Thank you for the shoutout! I try my best! 3:15 - We're counting "the sideways" as "flash sideways" because we all know that's what it meant LOL! 4. Did a reactor have their mind blown (OMG, WTF, etc.)? 3:00 - "And then Darth Martha walks in.... wait wut!?" 9:30 - Jonas is alive after the apocalypse, but also traveled away before it. Can they figure it out? 10:30 - Suraj's facepalm is epic! LOL! 13:00 - Nikki asks who the "she" is that sent Helge to kill Mads. It's Eva orchestrating things. She told him he had to "fill in the gaps" which is exactly what the Unknown Trio has been doing... filling in the gaps too. 18:00 - Rana does actually have this 100% right. Due to Jonas not existing in Eva's world, there are inconsistencies in the past and the family lineages that can only be solved by actively manipulating people into the correct spots at the correct times. 19:20 - "Good, I'm on Adam's side!" "Same!" Martha: "You're insane!" LOL! 23:00 - Yep! Egon shows up to bring Hannah away in time to escape the Apocalypse because she needs to fulfill her motherhood role still, as you'll soon find out. 5. Did a reactor call a plot twist in this episode beforehand? NO 6. Did a reactor correctly call a plot twist for a future episode? Yes - Speculation spoilers as well as discussion on topics brought up in post-episode are listed in the first reply comment. Reader discretion is advised!
Speculation spoilers below! Reader discretion is advised!... !!!!! SPOILERS !!!!! 25:35 - Addressing the "Niewald" last name for Boris. This was a heavily-speculated thing during the show's live run for this exact reason. NIElsen + kahnWALD = Niewald. Although this ultimately doesn't go anywhere, I highly suspect that one of the very few plot threads abandoned during the writing of later seasons was to reveal a connection between Aleksander and Jonas/Martha. Unfortunately, this avenue was not explored, and he just happens to have a very suspect name, as far as I'm aware. 27:30 - I love this theory (and thought about it when the final season was released too), but it has a fatal flaw. Eva World Hannah does NOT recognize Jonas, which seems incredibly unlikely if her son from another world just popped up in a world he shouldn't exist in. This could have been a fantastic reveal if that one scene between them didn't exist, though! As to Rana's lingering question at 29:25 the reason that ShadowEgon appears just in time to save ShadowHannah is that she has to give birth to ShadowSilja and renew the familial lineage for Noah and Agnes etc. You'll understand it soon, though! 32:00 - When Suraj is demonstrating Jonas' path on the infinity symbol, I think he missed the point that Jonas ages as he moves along it. Jonas is only TeenJonas at the intersection point, really. As he moves along the Adam pathway where Martha DID NOT save him, he ages into Middle Jonas and ends up interacting with the Martha that DID save him, thus influencing the OTHER path as well. Ultimately, this Jonas becomes Adam and ends up killing BOTH worlds' Marthas in an attempt to prevent their pregnancy. What Adam (and the reactor crew) don't realize is that when Jonas' path splits off, so does Marthas. By either saving or not saving Jonas, she ALSO has two parallel timelines. This is why there's a Martha that dies in the Dark Matter chair WITHOUT a facial scar and a Martha in Eva's world that kills Jonas WITH a facial scar. They are divergent parallel Marthas splitting from the same point that Jonas splits from. There are ultimately TWO Jonases and THREE Marthas at this point. Jonas either dies in Eva's world as a teen or lives in his own world to become Adam. Martha either dies in Adam's world as a teen due to Adam's murder or dies in Adam's world after saving Jonas in Adam's Dark Matter chair or lives in Eva's world after not saving Jonas to become Eva. It'll make sense soon as well, I promise! If not, just reread this again LOL! I think the confusion for Suraj is that he was assuming that the infinity symbol represents Jonas' life. It does not. It represents the entire loop of both worlds. Jonas is just the lynchpin at the center. 39:15 - "I want a conversation between Adam and Eva." Well, you predicted SOMETHING right this episode! LOL.
Jonas = Joseph = (adopted) father of Jesus Martha = Maria (in german) = mother of Jesus Jonas could be "Jonah" too = a prophet who is called upon by God to warn the city of Nineveh of its destruction. And like "Aromal Babu" said in the responses below (i totally forgot that) : - MARTHA - MARek THAnhues -JONAS can be arranged as SONJA Everything is perfectly thought out, this show is so amazing. And your reactions are great, your trio is so good, so funny, best group reaction of the Normies crew, and of RUclips.
Hannah lost Ulrich baby during the apocalypse, old Egon took her back to the fifthy to meet with younger him so she can have Egon’s baby. That’s why Eva told old Egon to keep his family save.
I've been waiting patiently since you finished reacting to Lost for you to finish reacting to this show, and now I'm here to request once again that you react to Fringe, The Leftovers or Person of Interest next.
The most confusing part about the entanglement thing is it effects dark Martha at a later time in her story after she meets Jonas. So Jonas went to Martha's world every time and also doesn't
Egon is there to save Hannah from the apocalypse so that he can then take her to 1953 where she will start her timeline there. Also, Hannah is having a miscarriage which just means when she goes back to 1953 she can get pregnant again with Egon's child. It all has to happen in both worlds but happens in different ways.
Loved your reactions and especially the speculations! I've got something to say about the last 2 episodes but I'll comment it in next weeks reaction vid, mainly because I might spoil something for someone in the comments that hasn't seen the last 2 episodes. (also: this was a great place to marathon all 3 last episode)
What u need to understand by now its that there's two realities (aside of two worlds)... First one: Jonas is saved by Martha, he dies in the second world and that Martha goes to work with Adam. (And he betrays her) Second one: Jonas save himself, he lives in the apocalipse, goes to 2019, 1888 and becomes Adam (thats why middle-age Jonas doesnt rembember going to Eva's world). This Martha gets that face scar, kills Jonas, and becomes eva. Thats why there is a million Martha's in that scene Yellow jacket Martha: the original scar face Martha: didnt save Jonas/Eva Eva: old-Martha-that-didnt-save-jonas And the middle age Eva
I see this as the last episode. The next two are something else... the water that fills up all the empty spaces left, and events that exist outside of everything else.
the infinity symbol is the sign for repetition, the knot adam and eva talk about is if u make an infinity symbol twice. one small one big but they always meet in the middle. now repeat drawing an infinity symbol over infinity symbol making sure it at least always meets in the middle. it doesnt copy both perfectly but if u do it over and over certain parts match up more then others until eventually u get a knot of random infinity scribbles. the small infinity loop is adams world and the bigger one is eva's or vice versa. another example draw a thick infinity symbol but not all colored in, so u only see the outline for the infinity symbol. if u follow the inside line it makes its own infinity symbol until eventually it goes to the outside line and traces back inside. fuck i wish i could draw it (0oo0). kinda like that. just turn the o in the middle into an infinity then the 0 into the same and meet in the middle then turn the ( ) at the ends into an infinity symbol that also meets the two smaller ones in the middle, then do that over and over again not worrying about matching each one perfectly until u get a knot
Alt-Hannah was pregnant with Alt-Ulrich's child, but that's not fated to happen so she had a miscarriage. Alt-Egon shows up at that time to send her back to the 50s so she doesn't get killed by the apocalypse and so she can get pregnant by young Alt-Egon in the 50s.
I'm fairly certain Adam's stunt with Martha caused the Origin to become an anomaly that exists in child, adult, and elderly forms simultaneously and operates as a hive mind and can travel through time and between worlds at will.
I guess it really comes down to Noah wanting to destroy the monster that is both of the sick worlds that they’ve created and Eve wanting to keep her baby and save everything they’ve made together.
Egon went to Hannah to take her to the 50's so that she meets younger him. Since ulrich will be gone and ulrich's baby has no place in this world.. The baby died that's why they showed blood.
Next episode is one of the most heartbreaking episodes and makes you empathise with Noah as a character.

No way Rana is 31! Wow! Same age as me ... I would`ve given her no more than 27
There's literally no significant difference from 27 to 31 lol
they are gonna age so well i already know lmao
@@theluckycharms81592 well, there is a very significant difference for me between 27 and 31, very obvious one
@@FLRProject what kind of difference?
@@koory0uz904 huge differences, like even the structure of my face, cheekbones, beard type ... I looked way younger then, now I have a more roughed up look, changed a lot in these past years.
I'm kinda sad that Dark reaction is soon gonna be over😔. These reactions are like my favourite part of The Normies.
The song that plays during the montage is Pioneers (M83 Remix).
Would love to see a two-parter reaction for the last episode!
Suraj is so jealous of Rana and her devoted fans 😂!
Guys if you time traveled and actually changed something you would just create an alternate reality. As the show said everything is as it always was. To create a change doesn’t negate what always was it just creates an alternate universe.
Helge doing his best to promote The Normies' TikTok every damn episode.
Suraj on quantum entanglement: "I get it, but I also don't get it."
Sounds like you do get it. 😏
It's not really explained very well but Alt-Hannah miscarried and Alt-Old Egon was there to take her back to the 50s so that she would then hook up with Alt-Young Egon again.
Finally a show where Suraj constantly asks “What is going on?” Instead of the girls. LOL 😂
A quick fact: Nikki is looking extra gorgeous today.
32:18 get a room guys
This isn't really a spoiler, but I won't go into too much detail. Basically, there are 3 Marthas in total:
The Martha from Adam's world
The Martha from Eva's world who saves Jonas
And the Martha from Eva's world who doesn't save Jonas
The two Marthas from Eva's world have two different fates because of the divergent paths they took
Father and great-grandson.
The sexual tension joke was hilarious!!! Well done, Rana!
Happy birthday Rana
DARK Reaction Checklist
1. Did two characters have sex?
NO
2. Did a character wake up from a nightmare?
NO
3. Did a reactor reference LOST?
1:27 - "He's the John Locke of this show" [referring to Jonas dying without understanding why]
1:35 - Thank you for the shoutout! I try my best!
3:15 - We're counting "the sideways" as "flash sideways" because we all know that's what it meant LOL!
4. Did a reactor have their mind blown (OMG, WTF, etc.)?
3:00 - "And then Darth Martha walks in.... wait wut!?"
9:30 - Jonas is alive after the apocalypse, but also traveled away before it.
NO
LOL.
Jonas = Joseph = (adopted) father of Jesus
Martha = Maria (in german) = mother of Jesus
Jonas could be "Jonah" too = a prophet who is called upon by God to warn the city of Nineveh of its destruction.
And like "Aromal Babu" said in the responses below (i totally forgot that) :
- MARTHA - MARek THAnhues
-JONAS can be arranged as SONJA
Everything is perfectly thought out, this show is so amazing. And your reactions are great, your trio is so good, so funny, best group reaction of the Normies crew, and of RUclips.
MARTHA - MARek THAnhues
JONAS can be arranged as SONJA
@@user-zg7cf4bs4v Yes of course, you're right i totally forgot to say it in my post. I'm gonna edit it.
It’s been fun rewatching this show with you guys. Can’t wait for your reactions to the last couple of episodes!
“What the fuck is happening in this show?”
*Proceeds to talk over everything*
“Goddamn this show be complicated bro”
The most confusing part about the entanglement thing is it effects dark Martha at a later time in her story after she meets Jonas. So Jonas went to Martha's world every time and also doesn't
Very excited for next week's episode! It's my favourite in the entire show! :D
Mannnn i'd miss your reactions so much after this ends
Egon is there to save Hannah from the apocalypse so that he can then take her to 1953 where she will start her timeline there. Also, Hannah is having a miscarriage which just means when she goes back to 1953 she can get pregnant again with Egon's child. It all has to happen in both worlds but happens in different ways.
"Young love so stupid and naive" okey old 31 Lady, happy birthday
Finally we get to see Dark Nikki’s notes! Beautiful handwriting, and she’s very beautiful herself.
Alternative realities that come together. So we have two Jonas
Suraj, the infinity loop is like an impossible object, like the never ending stairs. They don't cross.
RANA idk if ur ever gonna read this but you look AMAZING FOR 31 i can’t believe it. also can’t wait to see the next reaction 😳
31 is hardly old enough to be amazed that someone looks good. How old are you? 12?
What u need to understand by now its that there's two realities (aside of two worlds)...
First one: Jonas is saved by Martha, he dies in the second world and that Martha goes to work with Adam. (And he betrays her)
Second one: Jonas save himself, he lives in the apocalipse, goes to 2019, 1888 and becomes Adam (thats why middle-age Jonas doesnt rembember going to Eva's world). This Martha gets that face scar, kills Jonas, and becomes eva.
Thats why there is a million Martha's in that scene
Yellow jacket Martha: the original
scar face Martha: didnt save Jonas/Eva
Eva: old-Martha-that-didnt-save-jonas
And the middle age Eva
Love How Rana is so Done with love at this point of her Life Lol
I see this as the last episode. The next two are something else... the water that fills up all the empty spaces left, and events that exist outside of everything else.
Nikki, I just wanted to say that your makeup looked so amazing in this episode
3x7 is my favorite episode and you'll see why. So many questions answered.
MVP Claudia incoming
the infinity symbol is the sign for repetition, the knot adam and eva talk about is if u make an infinity symbol twice. one small one big but they always meet in the middle. now repeat drawing an infinity symbol over infinity symbol making sure it at least always meets in the middle. it doesnt copy both perfectly but if u do it over and over certain parts match up more then others until eventually u get a knot of random infinity scribbles. the small infinity loop is adams world and the bigger one is eva's or vice versa. another example draw a thick infinity symbol but not all colored in, so u only see the outline for the infinity symbol. if u follow the inside line it makes its own infinity symbol until eventually it goes to the outside line and traces back inside. fuck i wish i could draw it (0oo0). kinda like that. just turn the o in the middle into an infinity then the 0 into the same and meet in the middle then turn the ( ) at the ends into an infinity symbol that also meets the two smaller ones in the middle, then do that over and over again not worrying about matching each one perfectly until u get a knot
8:46 “I hope she doesn’t do it herself”
Well yes but no...
I'm fairly certain Adam's stunt with Martha caused the Origin to become an anomaly that exists in child, adult, and elderly forms simultaneously and operates as a hive mind and can travel through time and between worlds at will.
I guess it really comes down to Noah wanting to destroy the monster that is both of the sick worlds that they’ve created and Eve wanting to keep her baby and save everything they’ve made together.
how the f there are comments from 4 weeks ago, bro we in dark too 😭
They finished show weeks ago and Patron people had early release.
@@Wlof25 ohh got it
Siljia is Tronte's father. Lmao you guys!
Egon went to Hannah to take her to the 50's so that she meets younger him. Since ulrich will be gone and ulrich's baby has no place in this world.. The baby died that's why they showed blood.
with each episode i fall further into despair knowing the show is coming to an end and i understand nothing
Think about it, Adam and Eva are basically arguing about abortion
"They didn't like me in the *snap* *snap* the _Jack_ Snyder cut."
Well, they're REALLY not gonna like that! Hahahahaha
The next episode is such a table turn you won't believe it!
Next episode all questions will be answered. Almost there!
Best show ever.
Ah that was a good one! And well done Nikki!
I can’t wait for you to watch the next two episodes!!! It’s straight up insanity! 👍🏽
Rana your the MVP :)
NOT A MAN REVEALING A WOMAN’S AGE!
Suraj did Rana dirty. Lol! 😂😂😂
The Next episode is EPIC
Happy birthday Rana, I would have never guessed you're turning 31 you look so 25!

All I can say is that I love you three....your all awesome and funny 😅🤣😂😉😊🥰😍🤩😘😎👌👍🤙
Hopefully they can watch 1889 when it comes out. Same directors and middle jonas/the stranger is in it
I've ended up re-watching Dark, along with Community thanks to the normies. is it time for a Lost re-watch with The Normies?
