    Truth about Quality. Thanks for taking on Quality over Quantity! RARE to find. Also thanks for taking on breathing. So many wrong ideas out about. I do this explaining to my Pain-clients - constantly helping to do 3 reps correctly instead 10 just so. Now I have you to proof it! You're my Quality locomotion friend now! You are so NEEDED! If ever time for a piece of ribcage over hip alignment? To help all people who flare their ribcage forward and go into hyper back extension - and making them pain all over! There are more too straight then slouching people out nowadays! I call 'wrong confident posture'. As it also I call it a 'functional system alignment'. Everything inside works better when aligned. Everything. Even Trauma can flow through better! Thank you really, and KEEP GOING!
