We have been installing and repairing satellite TV systems since 2003, with family members installing satellite TV systems years prior to that, making us one of the most established UK TV services in the area.
We can install new digital satellite systems, conduct fault-finding, carry out satellite dish re-alignments, removal of old satellite dishes, and upgrade your current system, or provide additions viewing locations.
With Freesat TV you have the best free UK TV service there is - with 150 subscription free UK TV channels, including BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Five, Dave and many more. And over 20 channels available in crystal clear HD.

Record UK TV for free with Freesat
With a VPN access the UK TV Catch UP services like iPlayer and ITVX on Freesat
We use only the best high performance 125 x 135 cm satellite dish - probably the best satellite dish for UK TV reception in Spain
We use only the best high performance LNBs - easily outperforms other LNBs we have seen being used by other “installers”
We use only Official Freesat or Freesat HDR recording receivers - including the Freesat 4K Set top box
When we install a Freesat satellite system, we use official Freesat Set Top Boxes. Some UK satellite TV installation companies offer you an Iberosat, Ferguson Ariva or GI Galaxy Innovations satellite receiver, claiming it is a Freesat Set Top Box. These satellite receivers are NOT Freesat Set Top Boxes, but basic “free to air” satellite receivers. These types of receivers will NOT have the Freesat logo, the Freesat Guide, Automatic Channel updates, a full 7 day programme guide, or access to online “on demand” content such as BBC iPlayer.
Satellite TV is still the most popular and reliable way to watch UK TV in Spain.
Satellite TV is live and direct from the broadcasters, in full 1080 HD, Dolby Digital Audio channels.
Satellite TV will not be closed down by the authorities for being illegal.

Had no channels showing! Followed instructions and all channels came up. Great useful video- many thanks.
Glad it helped
Just spent age on the phone to Freesat trying to sort out my Mum s problem. Should just have watched your video !! Have to say at the very last section...when my screen stayed blank and did not come back..he said switch off at the mains and wait 30 seconds. That seemed to work..thank heavens.
Glad it helped
I have just followed your instructions, but as it I only lost reception on certain channels when the weather was bad, not hopeful it will solve my actual problem, but i will wait for bad weather, as i am in Scotland, it wont be a long wait lol...cheers bud..
IF bad weathe is knocking out the signals, then that is normal. It may also mean that your dish may be out of alignment, or too small, but even then a larger dish may not help in really bad weather
@@SatTVGuy Well you may have just saved me spending £150 + on eBay on a freeview box mate, heavy rain with a lot of cloud cover, sort of weather my picture goes, and I have not had any picture loss at all yet..cheers mate happy camper..
Glad I could help
Thanks - I missed that Freesat channels menu option, it's hidden away!
Glad it helped
I’ve got an LG TV with built in freesat tuner. Exactly the same trouble as what’s described here.
Channel 964 BBC 1 Scotland, Channel 704 BBC Radio 4 are both dead.
But (most) other channels like 707 BBC Radio 6 music or 101 BBC 1 London are working fine.
It’s peculiar and it’s only been like this since last year. I’ve just done a retune and got BBC4 back again, but it seems very hit and miss.
I think the fact that most channels are good suggest my hardware isn’t the problem here.
It could be a hardware issues, like an LNB failure, or even dish out of alignment..
Hi, great channel - only just discovered it, and I think it will be very useful.
A few weeks ago we started losing one or two channels, in particular BBC1HD, ITV1HD, Ch5 etc, with the “not receiving signal or weak signal” message. I’ve run through the routine you’ve outlined in this video, and it gets to the bit where it says “antenna signal is detected (LNB only)” but when it then moves on to the tuner 1 & 2 strength/quality page there’s no strength or quality bars at all (for either tuner), and a message stating “Your Freesat box isn’t picking up a signal, and no channels can be found”. Despite this, there ARE some channels being received (BBC2HD, Ch4HD). I’ve checked the set top box connections, and they look fine. Does any of this give you any clues to where the issue might lie? The stb is a Humax (about 10 years old) and has worked flawlessly up until now. I live in South Devon. Many thanks. Alan.
So either your dish has moved out of alignment, or perhaps your LNB is failing.
I was afraid you’d say something like that, rather than it being a simple fix! The strange thing is that some channels (eg Ch4) seem to be there at some times of the day but missing at other times, which seems odd. Many thanks for your advice.
Thank you 😊
You're welcome 😊
Hi the only channel I can’t get after a scan is bbc news 24. I get every other channel. Would you know why?
Well, strange, as you say you get all other channels but BBC News then you should also not get BBC Alba, BBC1 Wst Mids, BBC1 Wales and BBC1 Scotland, as they share the same frequency as BBC News...but you say you get all other channels.?
I’ve done this and I’m still not getting bbc HD channels but I’m getting channel 4 and 5 in HD?
I suppose it depends where you are and what size dish you have...which you do not say. But if you have a good signal, then the box will update and the channels will be there. But them if you have not had access to the BBC HD channels for the last 10+ years they have had HD channels, then you will not get the regionalised BBC One HD channels now... so basically you have had NO BBC channels since Jan this year, and no BBC One Regions on 101 since MArch 2023?
Help please I have a complete E.P.G. showing on the menu button but all the channels say no signal i have done a retune and it says 154 channels found but still no signal ? can anyone work out the problem, the Manhattan sx box was new about 5 weeks ago and has been ok until now
If it is finding a signal to do the set up wizard, and is able to scan for channels, then at least it is finding one frequency (the freesat data frequency). If there was no signal then it would not complete the set up process. So very strange it says "No signal"...on all channels ??? Even like Sky News?? Best test your system with another satellite receiver, which will determine if it is your system or the box. If the latter call some one out to get it fixed.
@@SatTVGuy Thank you for your reply, yesterday just as i was getting ready to refit my very old sky box the Manhattan sx started working again after it was off for a few hours and today its still working ok thank you
Loose cable connection perhaps?
@@SatTVGuy the dish is about a 1/4 mile from here, its connected to a community dish, the cable is tight and sound this end, i think it must have been a problem with the distribution system, we cant see the satellite from here as its behind a mountain.
I have a pin access on mine I don’t know what the pin is it says access restricted?
Standard PIN is set to 0000, unless you have changed it
