- Mauga is out for early preview and this is how he plays. Basically a fat bastion that also can kill anyone in a 1v1 or 1v5.

He’s alright, fire takes hella long to apply and he’s so big that hanzo farms head shots, bastion eats him for breakfast, and junkrat wipes his ass with him, wouldn’t say he’s SSSS just seems crazy with all these abilities and powers, he needs some tuning but is not the best tank to ever exist
He’s okay imo…pretty easy to counter but extremely fun to play with and against 👌🏻

Bastion and torb and surprisingly reaper all insta shreed him. Ik cuz that's what i was using and keeping him in check with them.

I am a bit confused, can allies and enemies shoot into the cage ult? I know Mauga can shoot through the cage but about the rest?
Cage just functions like a shield, your team can shoot through it the enemy can't. The enemy can stil step into the ring but once they enter the ring they can not leave it until his ult ends.

As a Kiri main, I have been farming teams with mauga + kiri ult, in basically any situation, but so far its been my favorite to rush my mauga whos been caged or cages another mauga (even nanod) so he can wipe whoever is inside.

Yeah he’s sooo strong especially against Ana zen. These devs need to fix their game wtf are they thinking adding a tank dependent on healing while basically not touching Ana. She single-handedly makes 80% of tanks useless and it’s just sad at this point. I played mauga for 2 hours straight and couldn’t tell if he was good or not cause if I got antid I’d die immediately. And hanzo and Bastion also make life hell. As long as supports can warp the game however they want and there are tank busters in a game with one tank the game will continue to rot
this only work when you have got 2 support pocketting you and one of them are Kiriko
It works when you wait to engage with your Cardiac ability and enough aim to hit the enemies to sustain yourself.

@PracticallyBlind His regular fire isn't anything to write home about as his hitbox is massive and he'll just die when not getting his reduced damage from turret form. I'd love Bastion to come soaring at me in sentry form. That's an easy kill 8/10 times lol.

His identity is quite clear, he's a character that gets in your face and mows you down with his chain guns and stays alive with his Passive and E, but he's not hard to counter, sigma destroys him, like he's not broken. His E could use a slight cd increase, like to 12 or 13s.
