- #SeanFinnegan is found GUILTY of murder in the torture death of Jennifer Paxton. Finnegan offered a place to stay to Paxton where he beat her with a baseball bat, repeatedly raped her, and strangled her to death.
The jury will be back at work Tuesday to recommend a sentence for the defendant in the penalty phase.

@@m.anneblack2908 yes I do she went to the neighbours to use a phone when she needed to call lover boy at work. She could have easily have gone to use the phone to save Jennifer's life. She was happy in her perverted world with him. She only chose to tell to save her own skin. She told her friend because once she started she couldn't stop the genie was out of the bottle bet she could have bit her tongue off afterwards. Both evil both deserve the same punishment.
I agree. She had every opportunity to get help. It's not about battery syndrome. I think she did some cutting. I would like to know why she was kicked out of other places or "left". I don’t understand the verdicts! Dumb jury! How could he not be guilty of premeditated murder? And how could one charge of rape be guilty and another one not that are related? This trial had fingerprints that weren't the Defendants on the frozen body, everything their "Tart" witness, was proven wrong and that their "Tart" was totally responsible for what went ton in that house.
