It was Shaq who I was worried about. It was Shaq vs Iverson as Shaq was the best player in the world and Iverson was second best. If you take Kobe out Shaq still beats the Sixers if you take Shaq out Kobe would get swept by the Sixers.

Kobe was not the primary defender on Iverson but he did guard him and stretches, and even though Iverson's game 1 of that series is an All-Time great Finals performances, games 2-5 Kobe helped limit Iverson's efficiency to 39.7% fg and 25.8% 3pt in that stretch
As a fan you like to see that kind of passion Kobe and Iverson showed at the end of the game where both Superstars are going at each other and talking trash about what one will do to the other. Today's superstars want to be fucking politicians or something. They want to be too politically correct. I would love to see Lebron and Durant in each other's faces just talking trash. It does not have to be insulting or aggressive to one another but I wanna see that.

The failure of recognizing the difference between melee and range points let to the downfall of 76ers, if you know shaq is a good defender in the paint, why would you still try to score in the paint, let Iverson shoot the 3, if that 8 blocks can be converted to 8 shots by Iverson either 2 pter or better 3 pter, 76ers would have beaten the Lakers again taking 2-0, sigh....wish I was there...
