Just bought this grill a few days ago and just assembled it this evening for my upcoming trip. Your video was perfectly timed and you made it look so easy. I have always been nervous about charcoal grilling, but after watching your video, I think I can do it. Thank you!!! Subscriber #221. 😀
Thank you! Weber GA it's an amazing grill for home use or traveling. It's easier than you think with the charcoal. I appreciate it, more videos coming soon 🙏
Great videos! These have convinced me to go with this instead of a larger Weber setup to save on charcoal / patio space since I would only be grilling for 2 people on most days.
Thank you ! Definitely will do the job and save on charcoal, perfect for family of 2 or 3. It's small and easy to hide on the shelf or under table. You can make amazing cooks with little charcoal. It will deliver !
I can certainly vouch for the Weber GA. I haven't used my 470mm Weber ever since I bought the Go Anywhere about a year ago. Perfect for your quick cooks but also very capable of cooking for more people and larger cuts of meat.
@@romanianredneckbbq You got it. 80/20 is what I use. Chuck doesn't cut it. Keep up the good work. I'll be checking on ya every now and then. You have a good day.
Easy and very tasty. I prefer to squeeze some lemon drops over the salmon when it's done and serve it with sour cream, potatoes and cucumber salad. :-)
Yes you right I used the bigger chimney only because it gets the charcoal going much faster. I have both chimneys. And in this video I used about 2/3 of the smaller chimney. Around 30-35 briquettes. The small one can hold around 50 and the big one around 100.

Definitely very capable for everything
Appreciate that tip! Grilled all my life and never tried salmon. Didn't know where to start . Thanks again.
Thank you! Grilled salmon it's awesome. I made other videos too, using a wood cedar plank to grill the salmon, it's more easier.
@@romanianredneckbbq I'm fixing to try your cheeseburger recipe also. I'm always open for suggestions. I like my way but like trying others too
Thank you! I have some patties in my fridge to do tomorrow again. I like to use 80/20 meat patties

Perfect combination. I use garlic ranch when I don't have lemon.
Thank you for the video. Did you use 2/3 of Weber small charcoal chimney to achieve 350-450F?
Anytime. Yes and the fish was a bit offset from the charcoal to not over cook it.
The chimney in the video appears to be the full sized version.

A lot of charcoal for one peice
Yep, I had some left over so I used it all
Don’t use wire brush please those are the worst thing around
I didn't had issues so far, but I heard stories about it
@@romanianredneckbbqWhen the bristles become loose, they can damage your internals. I had to replace my grates.
