Polka Dot Panda, Just missing a diet coke. I made these also, I mixed Hey Grill Hey Fajita seasoning in with my hamburger balls, used nacho cheese sauce as soon as I smashed the burger and then put my flour tortilla on top and cooked until time to flip. Absolutely delicious.
I was going to make Smashburgers tonight for 2 of the grandsons. I think ill change gears and try these. I bet these would be great camping. I bought a Pit Boss 2 burner just to keep in the camper. Great job Polka Dot Panda.. 5:385:38

I know youre a pit boss girl, but that's why a cast iron flat top is superior...you can get right under the smash burger with a metal spatula and not lose any of that crunchy crispy charred burger parts. Looks like good eats though, thanks
Pit Boss has steel top griddles as well I just prefer this top. I was being lazy and didn’t get my scraper out. I probably should have piled a bit as well. I’ll just have to make them again right!?
I can't stand "smash burgers". there is no reason to prove you can't cook like intentionally burning anything. Plus, there is no reason to ruin a perfectly good taco.
