I am so glad that this show exists. This a love story so wanted and so needed! I can’t wait for season 2!! What did you think of Heartstopper?
The show is perfect and a thing about Ben I want him to have a redemption arc. Cause he actully cried when Charlie said he hated himself. So there is so more that Sebastain the actor can do with his character. Don't get me wrong I still hate him but I have hated myself so I can see were he is comming from
@@elinedefaux I feel like Ben shouldn’t be redeemed so easily or at all, they need to show him really remorseful
But i think there isn't more of a story to tell if nick and charlie are already together.

I don’t normally condone violence but…
Mr Ajayi is such a great role model and support system for Charlie, and I agree that it's so important to have supportive teachers and faculty in schools. I live in Florida where they've just passed a law prohibiting discussion of sexual orientation or gender identity through third grade or "as age appropriate" through 12th grade, where age appropriate is never actually defined, and so now, because of the way the governor and local school boards are interpreting this new law, teachers are literally prohibited from being supportive of LGBTQ+I youth in schools in Florida once this takes effect on July 1st. And in many cases, they may be required to out students to their parents. And supportive teachers and LGBTQ+ teachers risk losing their jobs if they support their LGBTQ+ students. Which is the exact opposite of what we actually need in our schools for LGBTQ+ youth.
I also live in Florida and i have a teacher very similar to Mr Ajayi. I always feel bad for them because all they want to do is be there for their students and yet people ridicule them.
This show was vol 1 and 2 off the books. So I feel like season 2 is gonna be vol 3 and season 3 is gonna be vol 4. I feel like that would have been perfect
That would make the most sense, but now we have to wait ages for the next season
@@JustLucinda true. But Young Royals almost has a season 2 out and so does love victor with season 3. I also got the comics so I could get more off Nick and Charlie
To be fair, finding a few extras to run around a field to look like rugby players would be a lot easier than finding enough trained musicians to actually play in an full orchestra.
2 more seasons have been confirmed for Heartstopper by Netflix. So hopefully by next year and it may depend on Yasmin Finney's schedule with Dr. Who.

what i saw in this episode when Charlie ask nick that he want to kiss him and when nick said yes charlie was making sure that nick want to and aking nick are u sure because charlie understand how this mean and he want to be there for him and support him though this and he will always be there.

Obvs y’all know that Charlie didn’t tell Tao right away. A not so “fun” fact - if you read the books etc it explains that Tao accidentally outed Charlie and it’s what lead to char being so severely bullied. It’s also why Tao is so protective of Charlie because he feels guilty for outing him and putting him through all that pain. The reason it takes Charlie so long to tell him is that he was scared he would do the same to Nick - also why when Tao would argue w/ Harry he asked him to stop. The show genuinely left some crucial elements out but yeh that’s why Charlie didn’t tell Tao when he told the others. He was scared Tao would say the wrong thing and out Nick to everyone

We are into Season 2 and (stalker)Ben still has not gotten the message that Charlie wants him to leave him alone.
you not the only one who love this show i love it i have been watching it every day and night its is so love warm and everything about this show it tells everything what can happen in our lives the bads and the good sametimes it hard for people to come out i know how that feels because i got friends who is bi and gay all i want people to do is keep going forword and have fun because you only live once so just injoy it has much you can. and nick and charlie are so speical and there love for each other are so real their passion is so beautiful and they got very strong friendship i love them so much they support each other and beening there for each other its so magic and lovely to watch and there chemistry is strong and they ment to be together and i love how nick came out to his mum that will make everyone cry i did that was so loved and i hope if people who hasnt came out i wish this will help them and give them courage to open up how they are feeling inside.

Because he is. Non jealous people don’t use language like Nick has stolen him from me. That most definitely shows jealousy.
I think that Tao is jealous of Nick because he’s taken Charlie away from him so he feels lonely and like he’s losing his friends with Elle going to a different school and Charlie spending more time with Nick than him
@@mcstacia in every episode he was afraid about Charlie who is falling into hetero Nick in addition who was part of group who bullied Charlie last year , in every episode he defends Charlie who was not good friend does not speak with tao about what is happening and that Nick apear not to be hetero. Tao use once word steal Charlie and it was fact because Charlie despair and stop talking/hiding true
@@JustLucinda he may feel like that but he is not selfish. It is not fair focus only to that part. He always defend Charlie even if he has to deal with bully , he didn't want to Charlie be hurt again. He knows him more then anybody what was shown in a conversation with Nick outside school during lunch. You only focus about shallow think - like dating ana result -Don't think about depth of other characters, their feelings, story's, psychological struggles

Neither of us have read the comics but hopefully we will before season 2

btw i asked about your sister because in part 1 it seemed like she already knew tara was a lesbian when tao said nick liked her lol
@@user-rn6jj4fe8l i mean, if they plan on reacting to the following seasons of the show, it’s better if they don’t know what happens next. The best reactions to heartstopper had been of people who never read the comics so they can try to guess what happens and be surprised by all the twists and turns

Haha no, I kept fidgeting with the headphones (I know it’s annoying that I keep looking down but the earphones were annoying me because I don’t normally wear them)
