Always wash your hair once a week and oil every two to three day. I apply levander oil, castor oil and coconut oil. Make sure you cover your head with a scarf during the night. Make sure the equipment you use on your clean ie the combs etc don't just pick the comb up when you have accidentally drop it and start using it without washing and serializing for approximately fifty to twenty minutes. Keep your hands clean at all times.
I’ve been following you for 3 years, I finally got my instant locs installed yesterday.I am so happy. Thank you for sharing yourself and knowledge with the world. ❤
The energy one is really true, I know you've been an advocate of only letting your family touch your hair and beard for a long time because of the energy and more people needed to know about how it can mess you up.
Your locs become more and more incredible, an amazing evolution! Your videos have been a great value to me. My loc journey began in 2021, and I because of you I went into this journey confidently, knowledgeable, and fearlessly.
Peace be unto you Sir. You have beautiful locs. Thank you for this video. I have a hormone imbalance. I have tried a different castor oil on my scalp. I do need to drink more water. This is excellent information!!!!!!!
I cut my locs this year to shoulder length. They were already at the length of yours but the heat won 🫠😭😂 so i combed them out. Just started my 2nd set a month ago & my scalp is itching ridiculously. Idk whether i should wash now, or wait until they start locing...Ive always been told to wait almost a month or 2 b4 Washing, but i cant take it ! 😩
What if you have started locs started as coils ? Should you wash every week the first month ? My stylist said to wait until I go back to him for a retwist.
No because your hair isn’t loc’d it will either make the coils come out or just tangle ya hair up I started as coils and my hair is naturally curly so I left a durag on it that was a no no and when a scarf that was a no no as well mt scalp was itchy plus I wasn’t stretching my hair so it looked as if it wasn’t growing. Now that I let it breathe and stretch it my locs are showing it’s real growth kinda because again my hair is curly I’m 3 months in on trying to loc my hair
my freeform starter locks are itching in two particular places, that I actually remember being the only problem areas on my last set of locks, on the back of the hair towards one of my ears and one at the around my forehead, trying to figure out what it is
Hello I have a question I’ve been locked for two years and I went to someone new my hair was nice and fluffy. my locs was thick and now they are really skinny. Is there anyway that they’ll go back to the fluffy and thickness?
I had to watch this because I have a itchy scalp but sometimes I do go a long time without washing so I kinda know that's what it is cause when I wash my hair the itchyness goes away but bout a week later it will be itching again
I think my scalp is allergic to Jamaican black castor oil because my scalp gets extra flaky when I use it, so I don't use it. I may be dehydrated because the bulk of my dry scalp, otherwise, is usually around the front. It can be a lot of things for me though. I started eating meat after being pescetarian for 5 years so that might be a shock to my system. Also, I dry my hair with as black t-shirt, but my hair is very thick, and I think I have normal to high porosity naturally because I've never dyed or straightened my hair so it immediately gets drenched when water touches it, and it takes a while to dry so maybe I should start using a hair dryer. Also it's winter now so that could be it. Thanks for the tips. Started my microlocs almost a month ago and I'm looking forward to an itch-free journey
My daughter hair is breaking off due to lack of vitamin d. Her vitamin d level is a 7 which basically mean she have no vitamin d in her body. She's on high dosage of vitamin d tablets. What should I do now? Should I leave her hair alone and let the breakage grow back then crochet it back once it's grown back? Help please??
Yes, the recommendation above and at least 8 cups of water a day. I try to have 32oz before anything else every morning, when I forget, or don’t make it up, my scalp tells me every time.

Can you spray plain water on it
your him❕
I wash my hair every Sundays but my scalp still itches and burns bad 😢
I would recommend talking to a dermatologist and letting the doctor know what products you put on your hair every week.

How about dry shampoo, witch hazel or sea breeze In between washes? Mainly if I don’t want my hair damp
