- I share so many videos on lymphatic drainage massage for various conditions and areas of the body, but know that I do find doing lymphatic drainage massage beneficial as a daily morning routine and especially for special events. So the morning of my wedding day, I decided I would video my routine. I was up early and excited for the day, but sometimes the lack of sleep means more swelling and congestion. You don't have to have lymphedema or a condition to get the benefits of lymphatic massage! I did include a few special photos in this video, too!

Good afternoon! I have an interesting idea for a post. Please tell us about the taping techniques associated with taping the mouth, I saw photos with them from different specialists, but there were not enough normal explanations, as I understand there are some reasons to do this) It would be great to tell and show about this even in video format on someone, you can make it with humor and informative
Interesting, I haven't seen taping techniques around the mouth. What is the reason for this? I have seen videos for taping along the sides of the neck to improve vagal tone. I have tried that, and it was helpful, but the tape left me raw.
one of the techniques that I have seen, taping the mouth is necessary to improve nasal breathing in sleep and while awake, too, in this technique, the whole surface of the tape is applied to the mouth
