Loved the spontaneity of the friend conversation about used cars.
Raw video of DIY, no staging. Makes us non-mechanics want to try it ourselves.
I am definitely not a mechanic but this was pretty straightforward. Good luck in your fix. Next up,y dual action tailgate needs fixing since it's no longer opening like a traditional door...
@@DanOTaylor pls record that as well - thanks and great job on the fix
Same happened to both sides of my 2006 Ridgeline. After watching this, I'm gonna let them stay the way they are.
Its not too difficult, you can replace if you want to
It wasn't bad at all to do. Took me about 30 minutes. I didn't even have to slide out the back of the seat and just let it dangle on the seat belt while out of the way. This video was very helpful.
@@suher1616 Glad it was helpful!
I did in fact tackle this job. You're right, it wasn't as difficult as I was expecting. After that, I watched a lot more videos and went on to change out the front struts, lower control arms, sway bar bushings, spark plugs, and sway bar control arms. I'm gonna drive this truck into the ground. She has 210K on the clock now.
Im wondering if I could remove just the back seat section so i could fit car seats better?
How long before it broke originally?
I am 2nd owner and this is a 2007 Ridgeline. So, 14 years?
Where'd you order them from?
A coworker ordered them from Honda, wound up selling their truck before they used them, so they gave them to me.
