Video contains the best stretches that you can carry out at home if you have forward head posture. Forward head posture is also known as hunchback. These exercise would help you in correcting your hunch posture. These exercises can be carried out at home and would improve your forward head posture. Unfortunately I cannot tell you the exact time without proper assessment...this exercise is just for the increased curvature of neck which will definitely improve your upper body posture
How many times we have to do and can i know ur profession mam?
I m a physiotherapist ...basically it’s a postural exercise so it can be done several times a day as often as you can...there is no specific repetations
I am nt slip without pilo how can I do 3rd step my neck posture is forward pl suggest
