    What do you consider a lot of land? (I may have missed it if it was said in the video, was multitasking... 🤷‍♂). The more I think about it, the more I am starting a long off search for 5 - 10 acres in either N. Idaho or W. Montana, which I am sure is nowhere near 'large land purchases'. This isn't going to happen for a while, unless the numbers I don't play with the lotto come in for me! Researching I've heard 5 acres or a little more is a good size to homestead for a single person or small family. With the 2nd attempt on Trump, I've really been pushed away from thinking about it to starting to plan on it. Need to get away from the sizable pockets of lunatics.

      Most of the properties we sell here are between 5-10 acres, so we are very familiar. Large land is 20+ in my opinion. Crazy times right now!
