    I like these night flying videos. I heard some pilots prefer flying at night instead of day

    My best friend is an aircraft mechanic and he brought me into the hangar where they had a 767 in for a five year overhaul. Folks, when you normally think of jets, you get the impressions of a sleek, sexy fast mover that you see in movies or the nice clean cabin with pretty flight attendants and so on. When you get into the guts of one of these monsters, it's a filthy, greasy, oily and cramped symphony of mechanical systems. Massive bearings, giant hydraulics lines, huge cylinders, motors, electrical switches and sensors...it's like walking into a steel foundry with wings. The landing gear and flap mechanisms in particular are just insane pieces of engineering wonders. So when that attendant hands you those peanuts and a small cup of soda, just think about that. It will change your views on the aircraft industry.

    that's a good long roll out from the runway to rotation - just like the old days of the tarmac hugging 100's and 200's

    That is a good pilot don't you think? FO is flying the plane and he is backing him up instead of interfering. Way to boost the confidence.

    As the captain, I wouldn't trust the loadmaster to properly fix 100 tons of freight and recheck that not the whole load moves backward during takeoff

      PH-CKA is a purpose built freighter, not a converted passenger plane. That means it has a nose door. So while the economics might not be the greatest compared to say a 777F, no other civil aircraft except for the An-124 and a few specialized airframes.

      No issues with american pilots flying the 737 MAX. Pilot inexperience likely the reason for the accident. Another one bowing to the altar of the media demonizing american companies spreading lies that all they want is profit. By the way, work for free!!!!!!

    • @theNPcompany
      @theNPcompany 4 года назад +1

      @@petros7929 no one cares thats its an American company. Get over yourself. Cut the nationalist talk. The company made a massive error, period, which cost lives.

    • @petros7929
      @petros7929 4 года назад

      Nothing wrong with defending my Delta might not order Airbus jets blaming DJT with buying American..... Well, British Airways planes all get powered by RR engines or CFM's, but because POTUS is blunt, you and many including the biased media is way over the top. I rather have someone sticking for me, that a sell out like the previous admin, and to top it selling us out to our enemies....
