You're right, with 145 knots which is low for a 747 set for speed bug , 40,000kg fuel and gross take off 257,000kg.
At first I did a double take when I saw all the trees through the cockpit windows thinking, "where the heck are they, in a garden," it's not often you see such greenery so close to a plane.

When a pilot adjusts the trim stabilizers during a climb after takeoff, what is the goal he is trying to achieve? Is he trying to adjust it so that the plane will climb while at the same time the yoke is able to be put forward in a neutral position instead of being pulled back?

The 747 has beacon lights both above and below. It is because of its height and seen from the ground it is difficult to see above.
