Staying on track with a routine, building self-discipline

  • It's the end of January and I am sure many have made their list of goals for the year and everything they want to accomplish, now how far have they gone so far? Yeah, I thought so.
    This episode focuses on how I stay constant with my routine while also preventing burnout! My entire life I have been very self-disciplined and made me stay on track without overwhelming myself (basically use a planner, or notion if you want to stay on the techy side). After many years of going from different routines and building on goals, I thought it would be good to finally share the small habits that build long-term results.
