I have been dealing with this for over 2 years, never have one waking second without miserable dizziness and lightheaded feeling. I feel very uncomfortable when I walk. My anxiety is horrendous and I feel totally incapacitated, exhausted and hopeless. This started after I passed out from losing my job and hit my head on my nightstand. I have not been able to go back to work like I needed to, I had to move in with my elderly Mother and start taking care of her. If you don't suffer from this no one understands. I pray day and night for healing.

Thank you!! I haven’t heard anyone else talk about this experience of dizziness, so my anxiety has been jacked up by not knowing what was going on and (of course!) imagining the worst. My balance and gait have been affected, so I don’t even move or walk with the (appearance of) confidence I’d always been able to pull off! I’ve either managed or been treated for anxiety most of my life; this feeling of being off-balance physically is relatively new. And it started after a prolonged period of tremendous emotional distress. I can’t thank you enough for the information you shared here. 💕🕊️

I had daily dizziness for 2 years straight. But because I had back pains previously, and a very aggressive Tinnitus for years.... Doctor's kept checking for physical issues, and it took them 1,5 years before they simply blamed it on depression. All this was after a Burnout, and yes!!!!!- there was a first initial dizzy/Panic attack that happened to me while at work. I was 26yo. So I was put on several meds that never helped, but had very damaging side effects. 5 years later they finally figured out that i have ADHD, what a game changer!!!!! Things got better, but now 3 years later, something triggered into a total shut down, and thx to this channel and 2 others, I feel like I understand anxiety for the first time.....I see now, that anxiety has surfaced in me since my childhood. Kinda like, I finally see the 'big picture' of all the hardships I've gone through....and it had to make sense before I could finally start healing. Thank you with all my soul for what you do here.

@ Thank you for the suggestion. You’re right about taking it step by step, and I’ll give this a try. It’s too bad some of us can’t get together and help each other with this stuff. Having someone there who understands could make a big difference.

@@TexasAries4 Hi 🙂 Thank you for your comment! Yes, you're absolutely right. Having someone who understands us can make a positive difference in our lives. A positive impact on our lives. It frustrates me that people around me cannot understand my problem. Personally, I wanted to walk several minutes outside but it was difficult. Therefore, I walked inside. And I even ran a little bit. I thought it could be a good idea for my physical health but also for my mental health. Sometimes I go outside, but I just stay around my building. This week, I decided to step out of my comfort zone. Step by step. I recently heard a man who was on America's got talent. He was an agoraphobic. It encourages me to see what he has managed to accomplish. Step by step.

This video made me cry, as it’s absolutely the journey I’ve endured for 4 years almost to the day! 😢 It all started in October 2020 after a traumatic few months of repeated, different, significant health scares ( I also suffer health anxiety) I just woke up with dizziness after everything, with the symptoms exactly how you have described Dennis.
Baseline dizziness daily, but worse with stressful times. As an example, I always plan getting out of the car and taking a moment to settle myself before carrying on with what I need to do. There are just so many instances that make me worry about how I’ll feel. It’s awful.
Your video is my life every day, and it’s so good to hear I’m not alone.

I was getting dizzy, lightheaded, headaches all the time. Yesterday I went to the doctor (again) and I was prescribed anti anxiety meds. I am not one to take meds. I avoid it like the plague but my anxiety issues were so bad for the past year that my quality of life was deteriorating. I am actively making changes in my life to reduce the anxiety and I will only use the meds to help me while I transition. I feel like an entire year of my life has been stolen from me bc of anxiety.

JO here. I did that today. Base on your comfort zone video, I spoke really loudly and clearly to my lower self when I went to pick up both my kids at two separate schools and then this evening dinner out with my husband outside. I was able to sit on the chair for an hour and in that moment I said to my lower self that I know you love me and want to protect me and this symptom is not a threat to me but I'm fine. Look how beautiful and freeing it is that we can sit outside among all these people enjoying food and watching the beautiful sunset and feeling this happy instead of locking ourselves in the comfort zone., . For the first time I wasn't afraid of my dizziness even though it was still up and down but I did not feel the fear.. My higher self was compassionate, tender, loving but firm in guiding my lower self today. Thank you so much Dennis.

Thank you so much!!!! I’ve been watching you for years but this year was the year I took things seriously after having a bad panic attack at work. It was so embarrassing and I felt so vulnerable. (It was so bad that they had to call an ambulance) Your videos help so much! Which brings me to when I see it apart of me will say nah you don’t need to watch that. What for? But when you want better you will do better by choosing better for you. You have to want it . Especially when you’re fed up with feeling that way. The choice is yours . Lower me likes the attention and all the sympathy it was keeping me stuck to have excuses on why I didn’t show up like I should . Higher self always calming say if you want it, you have to do better . So thank you!!! Much appreciated.

I’m not even going to watch the video because I’ve done a ton of work on myself and greatly recovered from my anxiety. But saw the thumbnail and just wanted to tell you guys struggling with this that there is hope. I had dizziness very intense for a couple of years and it ended up being all anxiety driven. Very easy fix if you are persistent.
Step 1, get it checked by a doctor and rule out anything sinister.
Step 2, work on fully convincing yourself that it’s anxiety driven dizziness and stop caring about it. When it comes, tell yourself this. “My dizziness is here, I can’t control it but what I can control is the way I react. I’m not bothered by this dizziness and I know it will pass, as it’s only caused by a loop of me worrying about it.”
Glad to say I no longer experience this dizziness. Good luck! You can beat this!

Two weeks ago dizziness vertigo. I have tremendous family stresses the past three years. No choice but went to ENT. The stress hormones (cortisol) overload caused the inner ear crystals to move. The ENT moved the crystals back in a terrifying treatment and now I'm resting for a week. But my anxiety from this and family has my shooting off adrenaline. I just found these videos and calming myself. Panic after a dizzy vertigo episode. It's scary.

UPDATE: My problem turned out to be poor eye sight and not wearing eye glasses. I got eye glasses and I wear them and I’m no longer dizzy.
I’m going on two years of pretty much none stop dizziness and lightheaded feeling. Makes it hard to walk sometimes and I feel like my legs will give out any moment. It makes it really difficult to drive, shower and just live day to day. I’m getting ready to start a new job and I’m so frustrated that this crap is going to mess up a really good opportunity for me. Thanks for this video. I sometimes ask myself if I’m the only one going through this crap. My dizziness came on like a switch. I still remember the day it all started, it was Wednesday, June 24th 2023. I had just lost a really important job I had worked so hard for. Well, I quit because it was just a really bad work environment. The dizziness has not gone away since then. I feel desperate and I’m going to try this and hope it works. I REALLY do not want to go down the medication path. Much love to all who are suffering.

You're definitely not the only one going through that, bro. Trust me! I feel the same exact way too! I get dizziness, brain fog, body aches, head tension, neck pain. And every other symptoms you can possibly imagine! I know how hard it is to deal with this thing. And what makes it worse is when your brain has fully convinced you that you have some sort of disease. It's hard to think rationally right now. Honestly this thing is the worse. It's a lot to go through for one human. But I can relate ... I'm having a hard time myself currently and it hasn't been easy but things will get better. I know it. It's hard to think positive when you're going through a lot but I promise that it helps, man

Many of us dealing with anxiety have dizziness, and other uncomfortable symptoms that are a hundred times worse than the dizziness. It is very important that you understand this is all caused by anxiety and not some other physical condition. My biggest help has been behaving as if I had no anxiety. A part of your brain has to learn that there is no need to worry. Teach it. Show it safety.

Back when the pandemic happened, I got my first ever panic attack. Things were challenging back then but then not too long ago I got some "relief" from my mind and things sort of went back to normal and I wasn't really paying much attention to my health anxiety despite having some of those symptoms but then a few weeks ago just out of nowhere same thing happened again. Whenever I get paranoid about my thoughts, my body starts to tense up and then I get head pressures, my neck also has extra tension and body starts aching. So this is pretty much what I have been dealing with recently. I know I'll make it through. But man it's quite a challenging thing. People will never realize how hard it is ...

I had a stroke and the dizziness came a few days later but no I realise it was my body in a high state because I was so afraid of having another stroke and then I discovered I was attaching danger to the situation and that just kept it going and excelling the dizziness until I remembered that there is no danger I’m relaxed and calm now and then it go easier and eventually they disappeared ❤

I slept weird and woke up with vertigo. I’ve gotten it in the past but this time it lasted the day. It got me so nervous that I am still thinking every day am I still nervous? Waiting for it it happen again. I have been having nightmares every night and I realize I’m struggling with feeling alone and scared of everyone who has “abandoned “ me. I’m sick of allowing my fears to run my life but I feel stuck. Symptoms scare me I don’t know how to not be scared by them cause I can’t tell what’s real and what’s caused by anxiety. Always on hi alert. Stinks!!!

Does this dizziness include head jolts like an earthquake jolt and shaking. Always off balance, feel like will fall down, the earth jumping with my steps as i walk? Does anyone experience this? I began with vertigo and dizziness and now it has grown to like low blood sugar dizziness, pots like dizziness and pppd type dizziness. Had a ct scan and dr said all u have is some brain weakness cz i cant eat anyth cz of ibs. Rest he said its anxiety. Cant tell where does anxiety take over, where does adrenal fatifgue begin and where does hypothyroidism start plus what is done by autoimmune since everyth is such a mess

Yes I feel like this. And mine happened after vertigo too but I think I got myself so worked up and scared that I am feeling every little thing. If I could calm down maybe I could tell what’s what. Before last week I was fine. It sucks!!! I’ve had it in the past and eventually it subsides but it def has to do with anxiety and venerability and for me feeling alone and scared. Hugs to you

    Yes yes i do
I don’t get it especially becouse i’m already in 4th month of my health axiety (finnally going to visit psychologist at the end of the month) and i thought i kinda got hang of it i’m not feeling anxious these days just having lot of negative thinking and suddenly i got constant dizzines and funny vision (mild double/blurry vision) and it’s 4 weeks already so naturally i stopped thinking it’s axiety related and went to see neurologist but i’m really hoping it’s just axiety or B12 deficiency (my axiety started due to EER reflux and i’m taking PPIs every day so this one is possibility as well)

@@Foxyd-o6q yes, I have felt that. At times, it feels like I’m on a boat. Or the floor is moving under me slightly. As a matter of fact I was dealing with this just a few days ago with a slight vertigo feeling. I have chalked it up to anxiety. It’s one of my worst symptoms, so needless to say… it always scares me, causes me to worry & feel dread. But this time, I’m just letting it be there & it’s slowly getting better. I just can’t let myself worry about it. It only makes it worse. And keeps it there. I’ve noticed as it’s getting better and comes & goes… it less frequent & weakening each time it comes around.
