      It is very nice to not some WWE special on the network that rewrites history. Just watch their ruthless aggression documentary where they state changing from WWF to WWE was their decision as they felt it was time for a change. Totally ignoring the fact they lost the lawsuit to the world wildlife fund. JR is a breath of fresh air, he brings the truth through his eyes.

    • @Stuart267
      @Stuart267 Год назад +2

      Rock was always a company man, an ass kisser just like Cena was & still is. Austin I respect because he saw them destroying his character by having Brock defeat him on TV in under a minute. That is a joke & an insult to the guy who basically saved WWF now WWE

    • @Michael-cz6ob
      @Michael-cz6ob Год назад +2

      @@Stuart267Yup. Its ironic Rock was did a speech like this about if you don't wanna be there then get out.. Rock at this point was already leaving for Hollywood after wrestling full time for what..just over 4 years or so? There's plenty of guys who have given far much more that don't get the respect. Still one of my favourite matches of all time in my top 5 is Brock lesnar beating rock at summerslam 2002 just for the real wrestling crowd that doesn't exist today just booing Rock out of the building. The you sold out chants were perfect. Shame today's wrestling fans don't have that passion anymore because they're too young to have seen real wrestling

    *I am one of the few fans who were 100% behind Austin with his decision to walk out. Austin even warned them if they insisted on jobbing him out to Lesnar then he wouldn't show & he was a man of his word & didn't. To treat your biggest draw in history like a glorified jobber by having him defeated by Brock in under a minute is a disservice to your brand & the man himself.*

    yea rock doing that to steve was a bad look, steve left cause the company was taking advantage of him. and rock left the company and the fans not long after that to go do movies, so it made no sense. rock just seemed jelous.

      Rock came off like a kiss ass company man, like he always did. Austin was self made and didnt need a script written for him like Mr. Hollywood, Rocky did. That was a tough time to be a fan of wrestling. Austin leaving and Rocky selling out killed the show. Nobody wanted to watch the 2 hour HHH promo power hour.

    • @AD-ur1fk

      @@Rschr101 Vince told rock to say that he didn’t mean it. Steve even said so. Rock sold out for making a better life for himself and rock wasn’t self made? You’re biased. Meh, he put their competition out of business and carried that company on his back with a bad neck for 4 years. They turned around and booked him like a mid card chump. His body started breaking down and he'd had enough of the politics. Nobody with a half a brain blames Steve for walking out.
