- Is coffee before cycling a good idea? Should you get a power meter? Is one coffee enough? Where can we find the best noodles? In this episode, we meet at 6am for a pre-ride coffee at State of Affairs. This might be our new routine from now on. Vincent discusses how he avoids dropping his friends with the aid of a power meter. We also check our new favourite breakfast stop at the end of the ride.

Good content, bro! I'd be a sucker for random metrics flashing on the screen occasionally, e.g. the speed at a given moment or how many k's thus far. Even the temperature. And the average speed in the end.
not sure for me.. whenever i took coffee before ride, my heart rate recorded shoot up alot...not sure if im stressing the heart. liked! enjoy guys!
Nice video with a chill vibe and some good shots - and great to see familiar SG ride routes on RUclips. I hope you and the guys are spreading courtesy as you go as well - there are a lot of seriously unfriendly people there out on nice bikes who could benefit from smiling and saying hello a bit more often. PS agree 100% on power meter, although from the other side of the spectrum: rather than calm down (nice problem to have!), a PM has encouraged me to increase the horsepower up climbs and that has helped my fitness.
Definitely! Singaporeans in general (cyclists/non cyclists) keep to themselves more. Hopefully the videos demonstrate the lighter side of cycling.
