Loved: :) - How many time you tried to sell the climb with the word 'fun' befoehand... - Her positivity - Her handling it all so easily. Drinking, no complaints & above all being able to talk during the climb! - the modesty with crediting the bike... it's the person riding it! Thanks for another great, interesting video! :)
Bonne route!
Great video. btw. that English from that nice French guy is stupid good! Also agree with you about riding in Europe. If you have the means, please do. If you want to go flat and fast, visit Holland, if you want to ride legendary cols/bergen, go to Belgium, France, Italy and Spain. The cycling culture is strong there.
I also find it hard to drink while riding! It's still a mystery to me... I can ride rollers quite comfortably but I am terrified of drinking while riding ahaha 🤣
Consensus is that women love electronic shifting. Especially the front mech compared to mechanical front mech shifting. Belle's form on the bike is almost spot on. Whoever chose the size and fit her is good. That is why she is comfortable and faster.
Yes she loves the ease of electronic front d shifting compared to the mech! We rented the bikes and only did very rudimentary adjustments, guess we got quite lucky
If a relationship can survive a tough climb, it can deal with anything else thrown at it 😄. Unsolicited advice: A helmet is only effective if properly-worn and the straps on both your helmets were extremely loose.
Same with my husband. I’ve tried road biking, beach biking and mountain biking. All a no go. A mile is his absolute limit and a climb more than 10 feet is out of the question.
cycling at south east Asia is not like Europe because of the whether . let say u want to commute to work and you will be soaking wet sweating so you can imagine is not a thing in south east asia

Haha, your wife is funny and really sweet. Great couple-living the dream.
Very Nice ! Thanks for the take along. Your partner did an awesome job & never looked too troubled by the climb 😉
Thanks! All the spin classes help I guess
Watta beast!!!
Your wife’s a natural cyclist.
‘Only 900m’ 😂😂😂
Looked like a great day out. She spends more time in the drops then most riders do in an entire ride, fair play
She's just showing off her recently acquired skill
Awesome. this is the exact way to enjoy the city, view, and the climb! Kudos on the effort put in by Belle!

Nicely done video., good commentary while climbing ...nice ! U guys look like are having great fun...
GREAT VID GUYS. ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE OF IT. U COMPLIMENT EACH OTHER!
She did great , hope you stay with it , Man that's a great thing if women see their endurance is stronger than men's ,We are in for Real fun .
No branded attire dude goes sailing past, this is what cycling is about, not shaved legs and Maap jerseys
My guess is he was a mountain biker just chilling, if your a hardcore mtb'er and look after your self having strong legs for climbing is a norm.

Great day out on the bike!
Happy you liked my favourite hometown climb ^^
Absolutely!
Very nice Winston and Belle 👏😎

The bike shop should've got your saddle height right! A couple of inches too low - must've killed the quads!
I couldn’t count how many times she said about the bike.. it’s a hint! It’s a hint to buy her a new bike with electronic groupset! 😂

It’s been this way for the last 10 years for me, I mainly use the roc loc to keep it snug. Has worked well so far
@@thewinsty Any crashes that involved the helmet in the last 10 years?
Been lucky so far
@@thewinsty That's kinda like saying "Not putting on the seat belt has worked well so far because I have not been in any car crash" 😄
hahaha you are not wrong
is the dude on 7:33 same as the dude on 11:25? Because the bike changed yet his socks and shoes seem to match?
my bad, didnt see the friend till now
Good thing she doesn’t have a cycling computer. Cat fishhhhhhh 😂😂😂
👍
Could you share top cycling routes in the Malaysia and Singapore regions?
when money is no object ;-)
ever consider getting her to try climbing on a Specialized Turbo Creo (e-bike)?
You don’t appreciate achievements without the hardship
How to Show Your Partner That Cycling Can Be Fun
1. Take her to France
2. See above
First!
7th... haha
Showed my wife, didnt work =(
Did you try to switch her off then on again?
