    Excellent introduction, thank you. I've studied martial arts most of my life and for the last decade, kungfu. Taiji is certainly testing me. I am very much appreciating your teachings during this time. And I hope this will give me a foundation for which I can eventually join a class with some confidence

      Sorry i dont teach the Chen 56 Competition form but we have a few older videos on the Lao Jia somewhere - will see what we can do :)

    Oh, knee rotations... Isn't that bad for the knees? Knees shouldn't rotate like that, especially if it's loaded.

      There no pressure on it.
      There's a lot to say to you but I don't think you understand the art. Keep watching keep learning. If there to much pressure on your knee you haven't found a balance..E.t.c

      Ive always been told by physio’s, Chiros... etc, that both knee rotations and head leaning rotations are dangerous.
      That said, I see them performed all the time in Martial arts tutorials!
