Having only seen Master Wong's self defense application videos I started watching this with incredibly different expectations of the energy and vibe of this video. It only serves to demonstrate my ignorance of the depth of Master Wong's knowledge and grasp of a wide range of kung fu as it applies to both body and mind.
This is truly amazing. I've been following your videos for some time now. I thank you so much for making these videos so readily available to all of us and for free. You are an amazing teacher, thank you.
I've been doing Chen Tai Chi Chuan for 1.5 years. The secret to learning is: (intelligent) repetition, repetition, repetition. it's honestly easy to have a real teacher, not just videos
after I stop my practice, this is the first time I sow somebody doing this in this scale.. its really helpful and the way you explain it is very good i could absorb every thing you said
I thanks you for your knowledge and technique i like your style of teaching is very effective and great. i wish maybe someday i get to meet you master wong.
Great teaching Master on video! Ive been studying 3 years now and i see real progress in health and posture. Never thought i could feel energy like this Thanks so much Master Wong!!
There should be more people like you in the world! What you have offered people in your videos is amazing! Thank you! I will start to practise this as I have always been interested in Tai Chi as a morning exercise, I am a Karate student, have learned other martial arts throughout the years and I am now learning wing chun! You really break down the movements. Breathing with these movements and understanding the principles of what this does is a great benefit for any martial artist, Thank you again :)
I learned this many years ago. Now i will learn again and apply to my life, i have a fight in 3 months this will help me very much thank you Master Wong! Also what is the song when you are demonstrating the tai chi? Its beautiful
I'm glad to hear you find the techniques helpful! That song during the Tai Chi demonstration is truly beautiful, isn't it? It's called "The Path of Harmony," which aligns perfectly with the principles we follow in Wing Chun. Remember, "The way you do anything is the way you do everything." Keep training hard, my friend.
🙂Wow, i've never done something like this before, it looks relaxing, but also looks hard, but i need to give it a shot, because it looks interesting and important when learning Tai Chi.

+Wing Chun Tai Chi JKD - Master Wong what do you do when an opponent traps your hands in between their arms in a face to face position, with fists close to the chest
Very nice introduction to the chen style of tai chi. Will you be covering breathing position of tongue on roof of mouth along with the other basics for proper foundation also ?
I'm new to taichi and I have a question about it. As in the video about those movement, are you keeping your body and arms relaxed or using force like keeping them tight
Hey there, in Tai Chi, it's about finding balance, like the yin-yang. Stay relaxed, but use just enough force for control. 🥋 Want to explore more? Subscribe for my latest wisdom and Master Wong's 101: Your First Steps in Self-Defense! 😉

Curtis Fisher ok cool man 👨 By the way, Let me ask you a question? Do you what to learn Self-Defense, Self-Discipline, Self-Confidence? IF YES! Click here: bit.ly/2Ej0Sv1
dear sir, from a psychiatric point of view, thai chi and yoga both help to calm the brain. this happens because as you focus on your breathing and in the movements you are creating a discipline which helps oxiginate the brain. as you continue to study your brain will, over the course of time develop its structure. CT scans of martial artists show a decrease in size of the medulla oblongata. This reduction in size is beneficial for maintaining a regular calmed outlook on life. As for Parkinsons, a supplement called vinpocetine helps dilate the brains vascularisation when asleep (please talk to your doctor about this). upload.vedpuran.net/Uploads/7671sby-a-research-study.pdf www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3852531/ Apologies to Master Wong for replying to a question addressed to him.
Where can I get the chlothes you are wearing in this video? I am starting Tai Chi soon(hopefully)and want to be able to move around properly. Thanks very much for the videos, they are excellent.
@sportinggoodsreview The form was repressed at certain times in history becuase of its effectivness as a. martial arts people practiced the hidden versions so not to arouse suspicion and persicution.,Most martial arts forms have stories and rich histories behind them and understanding this helps one understand the arts in a different ways they developed through out eastern history.
Absolutely, my friend. In martial arts, forms aren't just for show; they're blueprints for combat. Every movement has a purpose, teaching you balance, precision, and power. It's not just about memorizing sequences; it's about understanding their application in real-world situations. Remember, "The way you do anything is the way you do everything."
@sportinggoodsreview The history of tai chi is one of martial arts, look up the history of yang the invincible for which the yang style was developed, many diferent styles were passed on from family to family and many martial arts movments were hidden in these styles and only revealed in need. The Chen style that master wong is showing is a more difficult form and very powerful from the same origins but of a different liniage They evolve.some forms were watered down for the purpose of health
i tried to follow but the problem is i think i have been doing things in the opposite way for example you move you right hand its the left for me is this suppose to be okay
i really really need the chinese track at the end. i'm searcin' for this track since i know master wong... and this is longer than one year. please if someone know the name of this track........
