OMG I am from Germany, about 1 hour away from this town (Rothenburg), and I just this summer did the EXACT same viewpoint from one of my photos from there. In pen and ink with a subtle watercolor wash. Yours is excellent!

A steady hand NICE WORK!
Very nice indeed, just sometimes your hand is to near to the camera-lens (which model do use?) . So the autofocus runs mad on this . For the better just turn it off, when focussed on your paper. Helps a lot to enjoy your fine art even more. Cheers from Germany.

Amazing work but i would advise to set up focus manually because during whole video camera going in and out of focus contantly. Your work piece and skill deserves full attention. ; )
