Today many watercolor beginners have very common question, 'Why my watercolor painting is not improving?', 'What i'm missing in watercolor learning process?'. These question are hampering many watercolor art lovers and it's becoming source of demotivation. How to paint watercolor determines how much time you spend practicing watercolor, and how do you develop joyness in this process. In this watercolor video tutorial you will learn some of the basic fundamental of learning watercolor, and how did i approach to succeed in watercolor.

Nitin, I have been following you for a few years, now! I was watercolorist most of my life, and stopped painting for almost 20 years!! I started again, about 6 years ago , and you were one of the first channels I subscribed to ( i remember that steve mitchell/ mind of watercolor recommended you 😊) .. I cannot tell you how restarting my watercolor ( and gouache, as well) journey has changed my life.. Thank you for this video , for your beautiful painting approach, and the inspiration that you've given to me and many others.. I am Norakag ..

Oh yes, I DID enjoy this! Your point is very well taken: even 15 minutes a day will bring improvement! and HAVE FUN WITH IT! I like that you used sketch paper rather than watercolor paper. While lesser paper can be frustrating, it's also good because you really can't adjust (as you can on watercolor paper). It's "one and done". Your spirit came thru to me as I listened to your narrative. One last comment: I have heard of that book (the Miracle Morning)...but I just have not been able to try that. Ha!

It’s very obvious, many people leaving this medium just because most of them heavily focus on it’s results. I think people should start enjoying this medium just doing some funny thing everyday, drawing some random shapes, and playing with colors in it. The joy of making art will prevail everything
